this is why I don’t post tips or put matchup knowledge that I have for some people because someone will always start something and then this is what happens. so I keep everything to myself or fight tournament players to gain some knowledge which helps me play the way I play, even though I see no improvement whatsoever in my game, and just stick with it. I have a lot of matchup details on notepad that I have no posted on here, except half of the ken stuff I posted the other day, for the reason that just happened early up above. So I let you guys fight over online bullshit, while I keep “progressing” my skill as a Dudley player. This is why I don’t ask for help anymore because of some responses i may get and I will go off on people. I keep shit to myself unless I know you and you’re coo, I will help. I’m good enough to help anyone with anything. I know stuff other players don’t know even though I’m not the best dudley player offline/online. That’s just the reason why I don’t contribute here because the constant criticism and verbal fights everyone here pulls off. anyway, you guys do you.
Liquid stop bullshitting and play again, you obv have the time to play and improve as a dudley player because you’re the one who was inspiring the newer dudleys since you were going to offline dudleys. Don’t be marn.
And everyone else, stop being a bunch of dicks and stop fighting, and help each other out instead of bragging about how good you are talking to a very few of you and you know who I’m talking about and help others. They obv need help but we don’t say anything, but we still try to help in endless sessions whenever it’s even being hosted. I troll, yes, but I still help here because I honestly believe everyone can be good with dudley even though after ver fucking full year, I have seen almost no improvement. Go to training mode and learn stuff instead of waiting for people to post fucking tutorials on stuff you could easily learn in training mode. I understand you may need help and ask for help and those people will help you, but I was watching the forums every fucking day and saw people just eye watching the tutorial thread waiting for the tutorial to be up, and never practiced or get on in training mode or fight good people, just to keep an eye out for the tutorial like fiends. that means you’re slacking, and that means you’re not learning shit because you’re just learning from others. It’s good that you learn from others, but you just gotta understand that you learn more when you do something on your own sometimes then learning and watching from others. That’s how you become a better player. There was shit I learned from xAPO20x and 34’s dudley, and implemented in my game, but i’ve also practiced those stuff to see what other idea I can use in matchups. I was lazy at some point but I was trying my best to work on stuff to improve my game and help others gain knowledge who I’ve helped already. Stop being lazy, seriously… training mode will get you so far at least an hour a day. I have not landed in training mode in about a month or so because I’ve been lazy, until this weekend when I really wanted to work on my OS and mixup game. I see improvements in my mixup game already becaused I wasnt lazy to work on it myself, instead of waiting for fucking tutorials to help your game. like I said, tuts are good, but helping yourself learn on your own instead of from others benefits your more than ever.

block / focus + grab derp kicks if they’re not elevated high enough, f.MK st.MK, st.HP Target combo and st.mk, st.HK > EX Seismos wakeup and you can confirm f.MK st.MK st.HP with cr.lp xx lp mgb since it’s +3 on hit, but will give you more frames because it’s a counter hit for the TC. I feel like f.HP is the move that will put a lot of pressure on her. Always go air to air with nj.mk or nj.HP when they ar really far away. Does more damage and will keep them from jumping a lot. nj.MK is just reactions or jb. MK. I like f.MK in this matchup a lot because it > her cr.MP. I don’t like going with cr.MK because of her seismos and hw long they take to startup (10?) jesus. IF you can block, you can win. I’ve been winning more matchups. Besides the Viper matchup, I’m working on the Latif matchup.what else am I missing? I don’t think you should focus the seismos, instead just block because of seismo spam it can get very tricky, also neutral jump. Sometimes they will burn kick towards you which you will AA. I don’t like anti air Viper if they’re burning kick… burn kick’s hitbox is… ginormous. also jb.HK will fuck all burn kicks if they’re mid screen and not on mixup range. you’ll get a knockdown so go all over her as much as possible. She’s weak, even though she’s annoying and can doing 600+ damage easy. Still having trouble with matchup so yeah… anything else I missed? I feel like I missed something that fucked up her ex seismos or thunder knuckle i think… iduno.

what about ground game when she’s mixing up with seismo hammer/thunder knuckle and throwing in cr.mk/st.mk, that’s what throws me off. Cause once she baits me into jumping she anti airs me with her upper cut twice. If I stand there i’ll get seismo hammered but she’ll fake seismo so i’ll jump and she’ll punish. That’s where I’m at right now, I don’t feel safe at all vs her, it seems like she has 5 different ways to hit me with the same move and if i sit there she’ll find a way to use the move she was planning on doing with a move that links into another move. o_O so yeah my problem is getting used to the seismo hammer/thunder knuckle mix ups then when i try and read it she’ll throw in a cr.mk then go from there.
I never jump at Viper unless it’s a safejump after a combo. her low pokes? i’m hacing trouble with that to, but I’ve always blocking against her and whatever I know I predict coming I react to wiht my normals. I used to ue cr.MK on her cr.MK and it works great, but sometimes they’ll mix it up with seismos into derp kicks, and the mixup occurs right after. I actually didn’t do much to see what normals body her low pokes like I have for other characters because I worry more about her damn seismos and knucles > her bad normals. i try to avoid getting hit but her damn knuckles because it’s safe, and I don’t like being caught by that. answer: idk what to do about her low pokes yet. her cr.MP is ass, really just cr.MP back or st.HP that shit. her cr.MK is what’s really hurting me right now. It has some decent range and cr.HK is the only answer I have, but it has late startup and… yeah I just don’t feel safe with the move either, it’s all gambling sometimes.

best advice, only safe jump, dont bother goin for high low mixups when they hav bar, they can ex faint grab …soo safe jump=best bet
