I don’t think Dudley has a crossup, but seriously, he really doesn’t need one. He plays in a completely different way than jab jab bait blockstrings into crossup repeat.

SFIV and maybe CVS2 are the only SF games I know where Boxer can’t cross up at all. In Super Turbo Boxer’s cross up if meatied the right way worked as a cross up. Probably the most ambiguous cross up in the game.
In 3S there were MULTIPLE characters that didn’t have a jumping cross up either. Dudley, Urien, Q, Remy, Necro and Alex were all characters that either had NO cross up or one stupid gimmicky cross up that was harder to utilize than ST Rog’s.
3rd Strike was more reliant on overheads any ways for mix ups instead of crosses so it wasn’t really needed. UOH’s and overhead command normals/specials were common for every character. Which is why the game had a lot of Tekken style 50/50’s on wake up. With all of those mix up options the last thing the character needed was a cross. The only character who could have really benefit from a cross in that list is maybe Urien but he has unblockables and 50/50’s up the ass once he gets his super so u can’t even block him any ways.
balrog and vega I believe…but balrog has his ambiguous empty jump which puts you on either side JUST as they’re getting up…and vega has…that jump over kick along with obviously the air claw which name I can’t remember off hand
Sakura also doesn’t have a consistent cross-up, that I know of anyway.
Well Sakura’s j.LK technically does cross even though it is a really shitty cross. Thank god she’s getting her j.MK cross back.
Guile’s falls into this category as well :lol:
I don’t know WTF they were thinking with Guile. I guess they were just like “well Guile’s cross up was SO GDLK in Super Turbo we should just tone it down and give him a ridiculously fast jump speed instead!”
This can be applied to every other attribute he had in SF2 series as well. 
To kinda stay on topic, I’m pissed that I can’t K.O. with the rose anymore…wtf man…guess it’d kill characters with no wake up game but…that’s their problem. lol

Actually I’d say Guiles’ lk crossup is pretty good. I got combos off it 100% and it’s fairly ambiguous.

Couple of points. Looks like you have plenty of time to get in on the opponent after a corkscrew cross. Heres hoping for Rose mix-ups. His sweep knocks you up mad high (remidns me of Goukens EX Palm). Ex MGB doesnt knock you up nearly as high.
His Focus attack is pimp. Looks like a longer version of his F+MK.
