Uhh…Yes it does
I thought the same thing as him at first, but notice that the down arrow is white. White arrows= charge in SSFIV is my guess. Does anyone have a pic or video with DeeJays movelist so we can check? I know I’ve seen it somewhere.
There may be better out there, but I think I can make out the white arrows in 480p.

with the slow start ups of Ultras and the rarities of Supers.
I doubt that we will see anything like we see in 2nd Impact in terms of linking targets easily into Supers/Ultra
No, that was perfect. He has white arrows as well, so I guess that tidbit is confirmed.
Yeah, I think that Dudley will loose the dynamic that he has back in the days.
Apparently Dudley never needs to use EX meter, like Dhalsim, so he should pretty much always have a super in stock.
But his certain specials of his really do get an advantage with the EX. I smell some different playstyles under the horizon.
Until about a month later when the best way is found out.
Dudley’s going to be high tier. Calling it now. Seth Killian during that interview with Gamertag Radio that Dudley is extremely powerful in SSFIV.
Seth Killian says alot of things.
Maybe but the problem is his super is his Jet Upper Super and that’s not exactly his best one.
Hey if you can link that super off of his overhead or off cr.shorts or his target combos, I would gladly sacrifice ex MGB.
If I remember correctly, it connected on more and bigger combos than corkscrew blow AND did more damage. It was Fujiwara’s special of choice, who I personally feel is better than Kokujin.
Eeeeh…Dudley was one of those characters with two good supers and one that fell behind rather than someone with a single clear cut “best” super. Rocket Upper and Corkscrew Blow were always neck and neck when it came to most used and most useful supers. It was always Rolling Thunder that was considered lacking.
Also, imo, Rocket Upper looks ALOT more badass than corkscrew blow.
This. I was always the type however that would pick rolling thunder despite it not being his best. It just flowed better with me. I think Corkscrew will once again be more useful then rolling thunder though. Has there been any confirmation of combos connecting into rolling thunder, or is it going to serve another purpose, like going through a projectile?
If it goes through projectiles, would that make it good on jump in as well?
Look at me getting all excited like I’m actually going to use it.
Yeah, I get the feeling Rolling Thunder will be for punishing fireballs and well being a heavy punisher I guess.
I dunno, I think Rolling Thunder might be good for punishing the predictable spamfest you’re likely to come across until you’re at the point where you mostly play good people
Have crossups been mentioned yet? I don’t remember him having a crossup in 3s but in SF4 almost every character has a crossup. It’d be nice to know cause I plan on using him for some Capcom sponsored tourney on April 30.
Not that he doesnt have enough oki as it is…it’d still be nice…
isn’t Balrog the only character with no crossup whatsoever?
oh the EYE RON EE
