Considering I saw no Sagat’s in the finals at Evo last year, please don’t jinx Dudley.

Charlie was pretty damn good in Alpha 2.

And I surely hope that Dudley doesn’t become the new easy because he’s too good character like Sagat. That would ruin everything.

Seriously, capcom needs to go all out, and actally give characters…you know, GOOD stuff. Outside of the top 8 characters, no one has anything terribly good. Sagat has TK strings and rose has ? Akuma has vortex and vega has ? If dudley is scary as hell on paper, that’s a good start. Now make everyone else just as terrifying.
That doesn’t explain why there are hoards of noobs playing Ryu and Sagat 
In reality they just need a fireball and a dragon punch to spam.

Having fun, interesting high-tiers is important to the longevity of the game. While I can watch Sagat/Ryu matches for a while, I have a hard time watching Sagat/Sagat or Sagat/Akuma… it’s just not interesting enough to me. But I started to think the other day, what happens if the top tier is like… Dudley, Ibuki, Guy, and Juri? I have a feeling those high-tier matchups won’t get tiresome to watch, even if we see a lot of them.
I love how they put “keep it classy!” as the voice clip for EX machine gun blow. A move we’ll be using a lot. 
Despite the English VA’s slightly higher voice, it’s really starting to grow on me. We have the Japanese voice if you want a really deep, booming voice, or the English one if you prefer a slightly higher, upper-class British voice. Once you get over the fact that the 3s voice isn’t coming back, the voices start to sound a lot better.
More like I’m going to laugh when all the diehard 3S fans are complaining about 3S characters fighting each other because this game is not going to be 3S.
