I didn’t believe the rumors either…but now we have proof, you can even count out the hits. Dudley can link overhead into shk. Overhead -> huge damage even with no meter. He can cancel shk into specials. He can link specials into ultra. Thats gameover. GG. God tier.
Your thought process after dudley knocks you down will go something like this:

Furthermore, stuff like ‘no characters in sf4 can FADC ultra without a juggle’ is not speculation, you’re stating it as fact. Its proof that you haven’t even done the basic training mode that came with the game, which is something you should probably do before you pretend to know things.

I can’t imagine Sagat being more useful in certain matches more so then Gouki or Ryu. The only match I can think of in Super where he will probably rape harder then them is Blanka.

Yeah, more of a fist pump action. Pity about no jacket. I suppose things like that are the downside of doing 3D models. Extra fluttery cloth animations and such are more tricky to do.
