You basically have to spin the stick fast enough so that when you get to hitting the upwards motions you’ve pressed the punch on the 540 motion fast enough that gigas or final atomic buster comes out.
As far as stick preference go I gotta say I do like seimitsus for 3s because you get more pressure and a faster return to neutral which is nice with parries. For MVC2 everything is pretty much qcf’s or qcb’s and since HAPP’s are round it’s “easier” to pull off in a smoother motion than on a square gate but everything SF related I do like sanwa’s jlf looseness & precision (st,a3,cvs2, etc.). I’ll have to try out the korean sticks though one time. It all comes down to preference in the end though.
