Korean Sticks, Teayeoung and Myoungshin sticks feel like ass to me because I can’t stand rubber grommet sticks. They feel just so soggy to me. Also the throw and engage on Korean sticks are way too large for me. I also don’t like sticks overly stiff. Stiffer than LS-32 if find too much.
Are rubber grommet Suzo’s closer to Korean sticks, than to Happ/iL or Japanese?
How anyone can insult somone for preferring an arcade stick over another doesnt make sense to me. I came to this thread just to give my opinion, and i was willing to back up my claims by posting videos and even offering to give you guys free arcade sticks because I’m aware the majority of you are not familiar with suzo sticks.
There was no malice involved in anything I said, but this forum is rife with idiots who seize on any opportunity to insult someone, be it a newly registered member who politely introducing himself/herself to the community only to be flamed by the OG members who have no social life outside of srk.
Now we have a new generation srk members who see this type of behaviour as the norm. Trying at any given chance to make a name for themselves by insulting people they dont even know to impress people they dont even know, its pathetic.
Suzo’s sticks have the smallest throw and engage distance. On the old suzo’s the throw and engage were the same distance (oddly enough) but hitting diagonals was never a problems.
Happs are closer to Korean sticks than Suzo’s.
To me Suzo’s felt more like pads than other sticks, for instance to move in one direction the stick had to be fully extended in that direction (the throw distance), half a mm off and you’d be standing still, it was that accurate. I Hope that makes sense.

Yes he did state it as a fact, I said it is not true, The stick doesn’t make the player, The player makes himself/herself. They just choose what feels best to ‘‘them’’ which means it’s still a preference you can sit here all day and say it’s not, But it is.

Unlike some of you clowns I’m not american so I dont randomly insult people unless they insult me first. As you probably saw on the 1st page not everyone agreed with me but they were respectful enough not to insult me personally for my opinion, hence the fact i was being respectful by offering to send them a suzo stick to prove my case, as opposed to that clown who personally insulted me… get you fact right before you respond to me.
The suzo stick is the best stick ive ever used. and I specifically said that suzo’s are generally better suited to people in the west whereas jap sticks are better suited for people in the east. Dont try to twist anything i’ve said because its clearly there for all to see.

No, He claimed to be able to do a walking 720 with any stick, which he would prove by uploading a video to youtube. This was 2 days ago. On the other hand you havent claimed that you intend to prove anything, and you havent insulted me personally, if you dont agree with my opinons thats fine, but calling someone a dumb because they said happ sticks are closer to jap stick than suzo’s (without giving a reason why thats dumb) is idiotic… of course no one can pull off every move in street fighter (and i was reffering to Super Turbo not SF4) with ANY joystick. He cant even do it with one.
