What we played at UFGT8 is version .79

I give the video 4.5/5 and .5 lost is because the first 2 minutes could have been done in 30 seconds.

What’s the harm in releasing version 0.79 on Steam for $1 and then putting out new versions if you decide to work on it in the future?
As long as the game is stable and doesn’t crash, I don’t see why you wouldn’t want people to play the UFGT version, even if it’s not as finished as you would have wanted.
Heck, if putting it on Steam is an issue, why don’t you just upload divekick.exe to a server somewhere and set up a Paypal donate button, like a humble indie bundle “pay what you want” thing? People would download and then donate, I’m sure.

Ok the game looks hella fun when your playing with your friends , However i see no high amount of replay-ability for this realistically. Unless they somehow add more content (not too much since that would go against the theme of the game) I don’t see this game avoiding the fate of another fighter game that tried to be completely different Bushido Blade.
Yes because a game that features only footsies mixups Kicksation and mindgames aren’t deep or fun/competitive. This is the first game that instead of grinding combos, you grind fundamentals.

the issue is** Replay-ability. **Which usually matters if a game is cared about in the long run besides appearances later in poverty game events
