Arcana Heart is shit and it’s not that it’s shit, because of the annoying little (yet big breasted) girls, that’s just the cherry on top of the “shitdae,” but because it PLAYS like shit.
This is coming from a guy who noticed all the hate on SRK, never cared, then have a friend who got a PS3 and his first fighting game on it was AH3 and played the shit at my house for two days straight, which I “decided to play to see what it’s all about.”

this “anime” classification is just like “shoto” in Street Fighter… people argue all day if Dan, or Sakura, or even Sagat are shotos. there are some recurring elements, but in different combinations it might not be so clear what constitutes a real “anime” fighting game
all i know is: they need to make more games like Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure and HnK…

I think part of the problem is how damn **similar **many of the anime girls tend to look. They all have that electrical socket face that, to me at least, is a bit creepy, and they tend to lack identity.

List goes on…I love Anime to pieces, No shame. But Arcana really was nothing special. None of the prequels either.
Gameplay was okay, I guess.
A good Anime games will always be hailed as a classic. But it’s just too easy to make a bad one.

The concept for Arcana Heart 3 was great.
It was just executed poorly. Straight shit.
The only fun I had with AH3 is [S]using[/S]abusing Akane with the Light power, thus making my friend ragequit, and then both of us finding out she (and the Light) were God-tier.
