I don’t think you get it, he’s saying that the rule was enforced because Tokido called it, if the rule is there and it’s called it gets enforced, it’s like how Tokido let that pause by Alioune slide in the 2v2 tourny when he could’ve done what Edma did to Choi @ Evo 2009 and take that round. Not all 1 frame links are created equal. I play Ryu for example, he has several 1 frame links. I can do cr. MP into cr. MK or cr. LP into cr. HK most of the time even though they’re 1 frame links. What I can almost never do is his F+HP into cr. HP because of the awkward timing. Like the chicken wing, F+HP is active for so long that you’re pretty much stuck waiting for the window to hit your link instead of pressing buttons in quick succession like a rhythm game.
I think Mago hitting that link 99% of time is pretty amazing because it is hard and you really don’t see other top Fei Long’s doing it. Cammy’s st. MP into cr. HP although not that easy, isn’t that hard either, I’ve landed it several times in matches and I’m a scrub and my execution sucks.

It’s not that I want to do the fanboy but Sako really isn’t serious in the first 2 matches of the FT3, maybe he was thinking Ryan Heart was easy to beat.
Anyway I learned how to improve my game against Ryu, so thank you for posting those videos.
Is sako EVER serious?? I always feel like he plays only for his own pleasure first. Be fancy too. Sometimes I feel he doesn’t want to win.

I get the same vibe, it doesn’t look like Sako was taking those matches very seriously. It looks like he’s just messing around in casuals lol. But good matches anyway. It’s always nice to watch Sako’s Cammy.
Yes, Sako has very good fundamentals, godlike footsies, reflexes and execution and great read of his opponents. That’s all you need to win.
have you seen Justin Wong OS before??? i dont remember any match where he OSed anything.
Sako doesnt OS most of the time cause he doesnt need to. he just reacts to stuff. he reacts to backdashes by WALKING forward punish. or like c.hp. or whatever.
