Does cr. mk -> spiral arrow beat rog’s wake up ex dash punch? You did that on rog’s wake up once, if I’m going to cr. mk on rog I go for the cr. mk -> cannon spike to beat the wake up ex dash punch.
This rog was a little harder to read, he didn’t do a lot of dash punches but I think you could have reacted to a lot of those turn punches with ultra or even a cannon spike.
Otherwise good stuff. I liked that combo in R1. That combo never works for me
It’s not so much reactions as it is prediction. The more I watch rogs play the easier it is to read when they want to dash punch.
You learn the approximate timing for charge, then you get right within jab straight range and watch them go for it. After watching and playing keno, I think I can predict when he wants (doesn’t mean will every thime) to dash straight. You see him stand and you go for ultra.

you just need to work on your AA (those neutral jumps could be AA with stand fierce or crouch fierce. Spike if you got the reaction) and landing big combos instead of just Bnbs (you did that couple of times.)
i learned something new. it probably happened by accident during your matches. anyways i will investigate further, but so far it seems that it works

ya i notice i need to punish all those neutral jumps with something hahaha thanks havent played cause of marvel but i think it wasnt bad, few drop links… wat combo should i do instead? my brain just thinks everything is too far for anything else

it seems that you can safejump chun li back to back. or everytime you land a sako-spike combo (but without the spike). safe from reversal EX SBK if she quick stands (cammy ends up INSIDE chun li’s SBK animation without being hit)
setups:
TKCS, c.lp, cl.mp, far.s.lp, c.lk, hk sa >>> then jump hk/lk (safe).
back to back safejump:
backthrow, whiff c.mp, j.lk (safe), c.lp, cl.mp, far.slp, c.lk, hk sa >>> then jump hk/lk (safe)
so basically you can safe jump chun li every time you land that combo. (havent fully finished testing :tdown: and remember you will be missing out on the spike ender)

how on earth did you figure this out he never landed this combo in the video? i have mix results. both jump hk and jump lk are safe true.
with hk i mostly if not always **penetrate **EX spinning kicks whiff without getting hit and remain in chun li while she spin going round and round
j.hk always hit front and uncrouchable. she has to block regular or backdash. with lk its 50/50 depends on the hk arrow space hit? cause sometimes i land front sometimes i crossup where you have to **block **SBK other direction to be safe. :annoy:
no judging maybe it was laggy for both players. i need to learn how to nullify neutral jumps 100% of the time.
i’ve seen many videos now of alioune, sako, and other cammys vs viper. vipers would want to jump when u pressure them. like its a universal viper trait. and dont forget about the lk bk mash hahaha
same thing with alioune vs wolfkrone videos or sako vs Uryo GG2 sets.
