im still having trouble with this its either when i dash and do the motion the ultra does not come out or he doesn’t even dash just scoots around in one place

I have viper’s shit down, I can sak loop into srk fadc into sak loop forever in training mode I can scissor kick fadc cr.lk, cr.lk, cr.lk xx sk fadc forever but I cannot ex mgb dash ultra above 2% only other thing I find so hard is pianoing jab hands with honda.
Jab hands was a problem for me but I found my own way to piano them. I have an old video that might help.
Honestly they should patch this some how to make it easier lol
I just learned walk ultra yesterday. Somebody should have told me NOT to mash the EX MGU lol.
Right, I’m hitting EX MGU Dash Ultra around 90% at the moment. One problem…of all the times It comes out, it whiffs each and every time! Is it possible to do the dash to early or am I not as quick as I think I am and doing the dash too late?
My current method is :db: neutral :r::r: :db: :ub: Which appears to be serving me well except to whiffing.

Jcool, as much as I’d love to use that motion, I just can’t hit :db: with any consistency with that method. With your method, do you ever whiff Ultra from doing it too early?

you have to do the instant spd in a smooth motion. not too fast not too slow. i’m going to do a hands video to /thread this post lol even tho its the only thing keeping the DeeJay thread alive.
when i do it too early nothing comes out. i rarely dash late always too early but when i do dash late it whiffs

walk ultra is so easy but dash ultra im at like 50%

Walk u2 doesn’t hit Adon Cody fei Honda or Dudley. I still can’t do dash ultra more than 5% even tho my motions are perfect. I’m jealous of u guys that can.

Have you guys seen geom modinside’s vids of deejays mgu to u2? I think the characters that mgu to u2 (dash or walk) doesn’t work on is Honda, adon, Cody and Dudley. All other characters can get hit by dash and walk u2.
