Didn’t really care for the reveal in Batman this week. The artwork was amazing though.

Milligan’s got three DC ongoings. Don’t sleep on Hellblazer now.
Joe Casey probably won’t do crap for DC until there’s a regime change. They screwed the last story he wrote for them, a Superman/Batman arc which they not only marketed, bizarrely, as an Our Worlds at War tie-in (even though Our Worlds At War was like 8 years ago), but also changed the entire ending without talking to him.
Not that Casey needs DC. He’s gotta be living well off his Ben 10 and Generator Rex money. He can afford to do comics simply out of pure love. He’s got stuff from Image that nobody here reads as well as the occasional Marvel comic. His Vengeance miniseries at Marvel was one of the best comics Marvel’s published recently… an event comic that was a complete nonevent to the unwashed fanboy masses.
What Justice League characters designed by Pixar might look like. Strange yet cool!

That’s cool, but why did they give Superman such a poop-eating grin? No respect…
One of his 150,000 powers is Super-Gullibility. Batman looks rightfully badass.
Picked up Batman #10 and Batman & Robin #10, waiting on Resurrection Man and a few others.

Loved the League of Villains Batman CURB STOMPED in Batman and Robin.

Watched Justice League Crisis on Two Earths. My girl Wonder Woman was holding it down. She was definitely the most badass of the bunch
[details=Spoiler] I thought it was weird how Batman was still able to stand up and run about fine with a broken rib[details=Spoiler]/ Super Woman was bangin.
Batman and Nightwing in the Smallville comic word! Now all we need is Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.

I think JLI was getting terrible reviews across the board so coupled with poor sales I’m not that shocked. I personally am a little upset by voodoo but to be honest it was always a mixed bag with me. I didnt like how they presented voodoo as just a merciless murderer whom was basically the villain in her own book, it kind of made you want to see her fail. Especially since the cop girl in her own book got almost the same amount of characterization and ans was portrayed as the"victim"so it kind of made it seem like she was the lead hunting down the bad guy. I hope they dont kill voodoo off by that same token but I can see why they would cancel her title, its just a shame she never got the chance to redeem her character or that the story will never get a full resolve.
The 1 book I do hope gets cancelled is batwoman, that book turned into pure trash after book 4 IMO. Its exclusion from the court of owls made no sense and I hate the narrative…I have no idea what is happening half the time and kate just seems like a lame excuse for girl on girl action.
This coming from the person with a Willow avatar? Lmao this shit just writes itself. Voodoo looked like garbage, Rez Man was a good title apparently no one read. etc. etc.
Buffy ruled and her comic rules. Don’t be hatin’!
I will hate all I want!
Flips table
Anything good coming out this week Sano? Been preoccupied with Marvel’s G.I. Joe comic.
Batman Inc. #2!
That’s some good news indeed, can’t wait for that.
No troll is better then a willow troll!

What I’ve read so far and all that.
Batman, Inc. #2- Pretty sweet backstory concerning Talia as well as showing who is behind this new threat (Dat was awesome) Plus I got to see Ras Al Ghul again so that’s a plus. I enjoyed it.
Batman: The Dark Knight #10- Story was pretty interesting, kind of a new area to go in for Scarecrow so we’ll see what happens. Art however was horrid, think David Finch was pissed about being taken off writing duties and decided to Rob Liefeld it up in retaliation. At least that’s what I want to think, was just kind of ugly.
Superman #10- Decided to go back to this after the first two issues, comic still seems shitty, why is it hard to write good Superman stuff that is interesting and fun. This is like the fourth villain in this comic where he isn’t allowed to punch or hurt them, just let him beat the shit out of someone Jesus.
Voodoo i had on my pull list tell like 6-7#ish it was just to slow, nothing ever really happened past the #1 issue and figuring out what the aliens were and how her and grifter and the invasion , were linked…seems like they wanted to milk the story for 16 issues before the big bang of a story, problem is the filler story was horrible and no one was gonna stick around to find out or care
Let’s face it. DC’s really grasping for crumbs with a lot of their ongoing titles. I mean, just think about it. Does Voodoo really need her own ongoing solo title? Come on now. Alan Moore wrote a solo Voodoo miniseries and the general population forgot about it pretty quickly. Ron Marz never really had a chance.
