The Dragon Barracks is the part of Lothic Castle that’s guarded by the two dragons. That’s the name of the bonfire there.
ooooh, yeah, that little section under the bridge is pretty frustrating
I feel like the enemy difficulty spiked pretty hard in this section. Not too bad but definitely more difficult.

So this little detail in the game is actually really interesting… and a bit disturbing/haunting. They’ll continue praying until you attack them.

Yeah, got him after 3-4 fights. Switched to Yhorms Machete just to try it out and tore him a new asshole. Cool fight and cool weapon.
I looked around online and could not find the answer to this question. I was playing last night and an enemy that looked like a slug with a blue gem in its back spawned and started bouncing around. I was able to hit it a couple of times then it disappeared. Anyone know what this is?

No, this enemy looked like a slug or a worm, bounced around and had a gold entrail. I thought WTF was that because I was on the high tower and it just came out of nowhere. Maybe it was a glitch?
What shield do you guys usually use? I’ve been using the Grass Crest since I found it, with the shield of Want in my offhand. Haven’t really found much else that I like.

I like Eastern Shield, Shield of Want is surprisingly stable, so I use that too. Wargod Shield for max stability while still being a med shield, but doesn’t have 100% damage reduction
I use shield of want. Good stability and you’ll get more Souls than normal with it.
How big was it? If it disappeared, it sounds like it was a crystal lizard (the small type that give you shards or gems when they die and do not respawn after death).
Black Knight Shield since it’s really well-rounded, 100% physical block and just all around great stats for the weight requirement. Shield of Want only if I’m grinding for souls or feel I don’t need the extra resistances from BKS.
Havel’s Greatshield is retarded, though. Sometimes I’ll put on lighter armor just to be able to rock it, it absorbs hits like nothing and whatever you block drains next to no stamina. I was getting destroyed in the Nameless King fight until I swapped to a Greatshield.
I’ve been pretty happy with the Spider Shield. Doesn’t block 100% physical but it’s got nice stability and stats for a relatively light shield.
