I’m wondering if I’ll end up trying to play DS3 like Bloodborne and end up getting wrecked. BB is the only game I’ve played for months.
I know that’s what I did going back to DSII from Bloodborne.
It wasn’t pretty.
Fashion Souls is the only Souls I play.
Also new MASSIVELY spoiler heavy Vaati vid out, has some really damn interesting insights in it, like, being a host of embers is not the only personal transformation you can have

I restarted my DSI playthrough. Fashion Souls it is. My previous save still has me rocking Artorias’ armor set.
The series creator was busy with Bloodborne during the creation of DS2, and the B team fucked up by adding an entire stat that affects rolling iFrames and the speed of item usage. They also made parrying worthless in PvE and in general upped stamina usage, including a hard delay before you can sprint again if you let stamina exhaust completely. Scholar of the First Sin did a lot to fix the problems with in-world coherence of enemy placement, but they never fixed the fact that it doesn’t even remotely feel like a Souls game until you pump 35 levels into AGI.

Looks like the Claymore is back. I assumed it would be but its cool to hear that it has the same moveset as it did in DS1.

If you’re in not-Japan and buy off the Japan Xbone store, you get the game in English.

Trailer for this actually looked pretty good unlike the first two games.
Can’t wait to buy it to play 15 minutes and never touch it again 
That’s pretty sweet, probably won’t be around for too much longer though. As tempted as I am to get the Japanese version, I think I’ll probably just wait the extra few weeks. 
I’ll most likely be picking this up in the summer. Feeling in the mood for some medieval fantasy.

Is there some Asian version that happens to be in English like there was with Demons Souls? I’d be tempted to order it early.
Apparently you can get the xbone japanese version in english. That may be patched soon though so you better act quick
No Xbone unfortunately. Oh well, I can wait a couple weeks.

I don’t really get why Namco Bandai decided to stagger the release dates but also give seemingly every streamer on twitch a copy of the game. Not that I’m hating on people streaming the game, it just seems like an odd decision. Why not just release the game worldwide? Im watching Aris play the PC version in English right now.
Pissin me off honestly, not because they get it first but because my Youtube feed is of assholes uploading their early copy footage with spoiler ass video titles. Had to unsub from Vaati temporarily because his video titles where starting to piss me off.
