Yeah I was talking about when I used to run weeklies and was really hard on people that were rough on the cabs/sticks. Because people bitching about sticks is a given no matter how perfect they are, and so is people asking me to fix them after they intentionally make it worse because they can’t handle their temper. Obliterate, I think events like this one are absolutely necessary, because it shows how much a player cares about the work they put into it to be as good as they are. I really respect money matches, because, when you go beyond the 20-50$ range, its really easy to get nervous as hell, and you gotta factor in the crowd of people here. Its a highly stressful environment, probably more so then a tourney. What is the max amount you usually loose if you get sent to losers bracket in a tourney? like 5$? Imagine 3 grand.
MM’s take balls and you gotta really be confident in your game before you step up to certain players.
