The character Should be showing that he’s evolving, not devolving. Simple as that. To see someone with solid execution (which you have) posting garbage after we’ve seen incredibly strong combos on display is sad. Also, my life revolves more around my two jobs and girlfriend. I dont know where the association of decent player and no life comes from, but unfortunately it isn’t true for a lot of decent players.
Well, I guess it is kind of my fault for assuming that this “Dante Video Posting Thread” had such high expectations. I thought it was just a thread to post Dante videos. I wasn’t aware that as time goes by the combo videos must become nastier and nastier with all the damage kinks tested out for a more optimum, effective way of winning. I’m casually trying to get post count up to sell some sticks and other shit I collected, and already had this video made a while back. I compared it to some other played out combo videos I seen on first page. I’m pretty brand new to the forum still, still learning as I enjoy this game very much, and I work full time with school as well. It’s people like you that discourage people who try to get involved by straight up bashing
Calm down everyone - fight in the game, not on the forums. I’m not taking sides because I think this is just a misunderstanding and I think it’d be a better use of time to make a suggestion on how to avoid this in the future.
xkN s k 1 L L z: While I understand 10 Stars comments may have come off as rude, you should also try to keep in mind that SRK is a community of gamers of many kinds. Many of us are constantly looking to level up our game, so of course we’re going to be critical if someone posts a video titled “2 nasty Dante combos… A MUST”. This is NOT indicative of a casual or for-fun combo, especially when the phrase “A MUST” is used to describe them.
I don’t have a link to this video anymore, but there was one combo video that ended with 5 consecutive Volcano xx Beehives. That is completely ridiculous and 100% impractical - but nobody bashed it because it was clear that the intention of the video was to showcase flashy combos for fun and not efficient, usable combos.
You got very good points, and I truly appreciate your feedback and input in trying to get this misunderstanding sorted out. However, 10 stars wasn’t coming off as rude, he is rude. 10 stars is an arrogant F*, but I admit I had fault. When wanting to post a couple better combos that are different, I’ll go ahead and create a new thread for this, and I’ll be sure to title and label the video accordingly. Anyway, mods can feel free to delete post if need be to eliminate this waste of space arguments. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding.
Maybe cause I don’t use this move that often, other than for its acid rain cancel, but how the hell did he do multi lock in the air ? The player does it at 13:57 in the video. Did he just TK it ?

Kanoleon…THIS IS FREEAKING GODLIKE. Not only are there amazing Dante/Tish comboes, setups and resets, but the overall presentation is full with so much DMC related fanservice it’s astounding. I was so hype when it showed the weapons switching at the bottom. Best touch of all? You had Holy Thuderforce as the bgm, same as the infamous Hell=Sloth is Dead CMV from DMC3. cries
