Can you play online with it? Or just versus? I might get it for that, if they ever release a colour editor.

shame, but that would be pretty damn Mugen. Unfortunately, I have this game 5 times over and the XBLA version does nothing my PC version can’t, with less stuff anyway.
I’m lucky enough to have the CPS3 board, but I still prefer it on PC. I was hoping it might give me a break from AE until 2012, but it just looks like a sore nappy. 
My two cents:
I don’t have a sharp eye for the details like most you because I aim to adapt as best I can, but so far it’s decent enough for me to play. I only got it for the online so I can play a variety of opponents as compared to what I used to normally play (shotos). Online can be straight ass at times and it can be decent at times. For now, I just enjoy it for what it is and hope they fix the online stuff.
-PS2 version is not arcade perfect. Different speed, different damage and stun
-System Direction is in 3SOE, it’s called dip switch settings check options/settings
I’m glad they took out the Yang/Akuma glitch, and not just because I play Yang.
It’s not like the uppercut supers on dudley where its fairly difficult, and people don’t use those supers anyway.
It’s straight up, Akuma teleports and Yang’s SAIII stops working. This along with Ken/Makoto glitch are straight up glitches not gameplay quirks.
That Nerco/Dudley glitch kinda seems like bullshit too haha poor Dudley.

EDIT THAT FIRST POST. If you want them to actually make changes make it much less baised against Simon and SFIV, at the moment its just flamebait. Just list the changes you want without the snide little comments against SFIV and OE in general. Be professional or they will just ignore it as a mad 3s fan ranting.
Yang’s SA3 glitch is useless, no one uses SA3 against Gouki.
Why use it at all? I tried it in training mode, but combos did the same damage and stun with or without it. Is it just because its harder to block/parry?

So its good for opening up fat characters. I might try using it a bit more then. Thanks.

Sure thing. I’ll edit most of the stuff where I can still get the point across but I’m not gonna shy around at least making sure they know that people don’t like Simon’s uninspired efforts. Something’s too wrong when 2 people have to get on video to personally talk about their lack of appreciation. That’s not mad 3S ranting, that’s just wanting a better product like a consumer of anything would want.
heres the thing anyway. capcom doesn’t care if we’re super nice about it or really pissed off. IF they care at all they’ll do something about the issues the community has. if they don’t they won’t, doesn’t matter if you say ‘pretty please, i love you!’
keep your posts as scathing, stupid, or angry as you want. won’t make a difference except to let capcom know people are not uniformly pleased.
That reminds me of when we petitioned sven for a second patch for ps3 hdr, and compiled a list of the network problems and the dc bug and all he said was “there are no plans at this time for another patch to ps3 hdr.”
Which of course never happened.

I agree with you, I’m just don’t want the complaints to be dismissed. I think you did a good job on the edit though, those changes aren’t too hard to implement either, apart from fixing the online.
It feels pointless repeating the same requests in different threads when Sven/Seth/Goryus/Capcom/Iron Galaxy/whoever hasn’t even implied that they listen to the community and read these threads, much less that they’re interested in fixing the game. So the only thing I’m going to repeat is that I very much doubt any fixes other than those regarding online matchmaking are coming.
Goryus DOES read the boards, though. He’s responded to threads on the 3S section here and there. d3v(a moderator on Unity) also frequents these boards so whatever he sees, he can relay to Sven. They’ve proven that they listen, it’s just up to them and Capcom to follow through.
