Yeah dude, I feel like that is what fighting games in general are turning into. They could put in fucking Magnetos cat and Professor X’s dog in this game and people would be all hype on it.

Honestly, I really am all for new characters…thats 100% fine but to put in characters people simply won’t relate to/like on a majority? Why? That’s so stupid.
I think the biggest problem with this game now is going to be XF in the air. Imagine that shit with Doom, Akuma, Mags, Ryu, Storm, and Taskmaster. Its going to be awful. Regardless of if they did minor nerfs to XF…the fact that you can activate in the air now brings it back to square one with how stupid and broken it is. The only pro I see to activating XF in the air is during chip outs where you cannot do ANYTHING about the chip you are receiving.
I also forgot to mention the “air exchange” that shits dumb too. Now you TAKE AWAY a bar from someone if they guess wrong? That has stupid written all over it. So when I EARN my meter after all those hits and meter i build ONE wrong guess on random means i can lose all that? That’s horrific. That strategy right there makes Phoenix teams 3x more of a risk because of that.

Maybe you personally don’t relate to a lot of the Marvel characters, but do you even read comics?
Aerial XFactor might cause some problems, but it can also help you get out of issues, like mixups when a character comes in or getting out of chip damage in the air that might kill your character.
As far as anyone can tell, only the left/right exchanges take away meter. Down exchange and up exchange still work the same. There is no penalty for guessing wrong.
