he definitely will NOT be banned. He’s not that good. From what I’ve seen, he’s pretty much like gouken… but slightly better at the things that gouken sucks at. Remember: he has no demon flip, he has no air fireball, he cannot combo DP after tatsu. He has an airdash, and wolverine’s mvc3 crossup special. He wont be OP at all. Yun, on the other hand, is too much haha.
Me too. I’m sticking to my Ibuki and Dudley because they both got buffed and now have better normals/pokes (THANK GOD) but i’m going to pick up Oni and Yang as well. I want to dabble in Yun and Evil Ryu too but I might as well just keep learning Akuma like I am now and see how he feels in AE. Too many Ryu scrubs are going to board that Evil Ryu train and I don’t want to be one of “those guys.” Same thing w Yun. Everyones going to play Yun because everyones heard hes top tier. Boring.
Street Fighter x Tekken ? Gameplay Notes | PLAY Magazine Man SFxT sounds awesome too. Street Fighter 4 gameplay mechanics with a juggling and a tag system? I can dig it and yet I already hate it.
I’m liking the look of SFxT so far. Apparently it’s a link heavy engine with a really free juggle system. SSF4 with juggles 
I want AE as soon as it comes out, but I want a disc over DLC :-/

The only thing I care about the disc is that cover art. Damn. I REALLY want the disc but I really want the characters, plus I’m not going to be first in line to spend 40 bucks if I can afford to only spend 15. We’ll see. Also I figured we’d be getting more news about SF3:TSO but I guess not? Maybe later today possibly.
I was hoping they would put some balance tweaks in the console version but it doesn’t look like they are. Back to the MVC3 grind I guess.
I’m just happy that its the last Street Fighter IV after AE. I’m so damn tired of it but I play it into the ground and back up again.

^what they said. I thinkl oni and evil ryu are the biggest waste of space ever. Oni looks cool but everyone wanted rolento. It was such a quick way to be like “hey guys, we don’t want to make another character model…”
They definitely aren’t the same character models. At least Oni isn’t.
I don’t care about rolento, I just want karin.
Oni is probably the most original shoto since Gouken, and its still pretty hard to call him a shoto sometimes.
Since 4 was my first street fighter I’m pretty happy with the characters we have, I just like the way Yang looks and stuff.
Oni has the face of Akuma and the body of Gouken. Looks like a pretty cut and paste model to me…no?
Its sad, because im pretty sure NO ONE wanted Evil Ryu and Oni. We wanted people like Rolento, Alex, Karin, and Urien. I definitely will join Essex and Magno in saying we should have had Rolento. His ultras would have been so fucking badass.
Also, is there a meet up tomorrow guys? I want to play…

We all knew Yun and Yang were going to be added but the Oni Akuma and Evil Ryu additions really piss me off. I wanted Alex and Q and my 2nd favorite alpha character right after Rose, R.Mika. But no we get the other 2 instead. Hence why I’m glad this is the last SFIV.
Im thankful for no Rolento because:
a) i hate him
b) he sucks
c) Magno would never lose another tournament
I wanted Q and/or Urien, ah well. I got Yun & Yang and two toons i dont really give a shit about. Oni looks cool because he kind of has KKZ which normal akuma should have had in the first place. Im not complaining, I hope we DO get 2 more before console release but i doubt it. And if we do, im praying to all of the brazillian gods that rolento is not one of them. 
I hope there are 2 more new characters as well, I hate the way the character select screen looks with those 2 empty holes there…blech. Also, I’m not too happy with Evil Ryu but Oni I still think is a great addition, besides, they already added 2 rushdown characters, and 2 shotos, they’ll probably add 2 grapplers if they add anyone else which pretty much only leaves Hugo, R.Mika or Alex. I’d be okay with any but I doubt I’d play any of them.
Also, for as unoriginal as Evil Ryu is, at least more than half of Oni’s moveset is brand new.
