From the looks of things, he’s got alot more moves we got to figure out. No wonder they put him with Akuma in the recent trailer…they both have a crap load specials and hypers.
I dunno, Taskmaster can cancel his Charging Star into launcher, so I’m guessing it’s a command normal. I could be wrong though.

Charging star looks like a command normal, cancelable specials are usually special circumstance only. I’m guessing it’s like… :r::snkc: or something. And if I had to guess again, :qcf::p: would be his arrows. Swing maybe QCB, counters DP.

Yeah, that’s what I thought as well. I wonder if his arrows can be charged, or if the trajectory is aimable (outside of button strenghs). Probably not, but whatever.

Ok, I’m not trying to derail this thread into other character discussion, but while we were on the topic of Captain America (since Guile/Charlie aren’t in this game anyway), does anyone else feel that one of his win quotes should toally be “AMERICA, FUCK YEAH!”? I know it would never ever get in, but it would be pretty humorous.
Yeah, and while I think Jocelot has one of the better ones, I think he should go back to his much more original we suck avatar.
