People have been asking for NightCrawler for years, and now they got him. I wonder if his ground teleport startsup/recovers instantly.
I think we can start making a Wesker flow chart.
I was watching the video again and I realized something. Wesker is a lot like Polimar from TvC. Ground chains into a wallbounce to extend the ground chain, high damage, great speed. Iām curious if Iām actually right on this and they just added teleports to make him even more viable in MvC3ās style.
Really hope his teleport isnāt mapped to shoryuken back like Ken the Eagleās.
To be honest, there seems to be a lack of those kind of motions in MvC3, I can think of two, maybe three characters so far who have them. Maybe Capcom is trying to avoid that motion, or something?
I donāt get why people think DP back is a hard motion. Its just DP forward from the other side.
U obviously get used to it. But it made me stress when using Adon.
Anyways. Albert seems like he has average to above average health. No Chun, Trish or Ammy damage here
I can do it when I think about it but itās harder for me to quickly execute mid-combo/attacks to do mixups.
Although if what Seth said is true apparently you wonāt always have to go through the motions of a special attack to teleport all the time.
Iām wondering if the teleport is directional or not. Can be substitute for an 8 way (if he doesnāt have one) and maybe has invincibility and looks to have no startup and ground has minor cooldown.
This is a huge stretch using extremely general clues. He has teleports because he had them in RE5.
in one of the tgs vids, his maximum spider-like super ended with him on the other side of the screen standing, apparently safeā¦ON BLOCK

Anyways from what Iāve seen Weskerās teledash looks similar to Strider Hiryuās
which is nice.
Depending on the properties it may allow similar setups to Strider with Doom assist. Too bad Weskerās Ouroborous is nothing like Striders.

Hm, I wouldnāt say that. Polimarās defining feature was his air grab reset and his ability to chain moves into others by using the pose symbols. If I had to compare wesker to a TvC: UAS character Iād say itād be Karas. Combos seem to be ground strings into wall bounce into launch for standard damage. He has a quick, short ground dash with very fast normals. Karas never had the teleport skills, but he did have plenty of ways to close distance quickly, which is something Wesker can also do. Wesker also has a counter super, which is very Karas-esque, but he also has a way to end air combos with a super - something karas wouldhave loved. Wesker also has a projectile and a counter special, which reminds me of Joe Condor.
