Columbus, OH - Made you look, Avi!

:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

“Embolism, if you ask me,” Nash says. “You eat a girl out and you blow some air inside of her, or if you fuck her too hard, either way you can force air into her bloodstream and the bubble goes right to her heart.”

“I got a sense of humor, too. I like the Tony Danza.”

It’s not a touchy subject. We’re just being honest with you. We’ve just seen the romanticizing arcades bit enough that its just best to be honest up front. If you want the arcade experience… then hang out and play arcade games with friends.

A good pinball arcade however is needed and a good idea and will make you a millionaire.

(Sort of joking. It actually feels a meaningful void in Columbus but you STILL probably wouldn’t make any money.)

Nobody under 30 plays pinball.

There’s not a void in Columbus. That shit doesn’t exist anywhere.

Yo man, Pinball Hall of Fame owns so hard you don’t even know.

Pinball owns. Damn kids get off my lawn!

Hey, I’m not saying I’m happy about it. I’m just telling it how it is.

here we go again with this arcade stuff …goodbye thread

Bye Brent

Arcade lol, would only work if you changed the business model to some thing new like Arcade brothel.

Great games saturday.

Good games Poon will have to play some more.

I am alive but my dreams are dead.

Anyone need a PC? I’ve got another one cheap.

Opening an arcade is gutsy and you better be prepared to deal with a high chance of failure.

Also with an arcade you have to provide something that keeps them coming back. Beat ‘em ups won’t keep their attention. Gameworks’ model fits well because they serve overpriced food and they have alcohol and alcohol specials. They also overcharge on their games if you don’t get an all you can play card for a couple of hours.

Also pinball owns and AL fixed their Judge Dredd and T2 machines to play better than they did previously! Hopefully they’ll get something good when they send back their Stargate machine.

Fuck this combo

Specs and price

Welcome to 1999.

Good and $100

Similar to what I sold Hitstun if you saw his over the weekend.

Only difference is Pentium D instead of Core Duo, same clock though and basic specs.

The computer I got from Lucky Day has these specs:

Dell Optiplex 745 small form factor version
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400, 2.13 Ghz
2GB RAM (don’t know what type)
DVD-ROM 8x and floppy drive
ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro, 256MB
SoundMax HD Audio
2 USB in front, 6 USB in back, but only 2 of them are USB 2.0?

Oh, and about the arcade thing, I was just telling DJ San and the other relatively new people what comes up every time we start talking about opening up an arcade, and why we stop once we think about it. Not that I wouldn’t be 100% behind any arcade that someone successfully opens, but it takes a lot more money and work than anybody here will be willing to do. GameWorks is all the arcade we really need right now, and we also have the new Polaris Dave & Buster’s to check out when it opens.

The one I’m selling now isn’t exactly the same as those specs, but it’s similar.

What the fuck is taking that Dave and Buster’s so long to open?

San, I’d be glad to offer you any info you might want to figure out if it’s really something you’d want to do in the future. I can tell you the things I wish we could afford to do and probably should never have done in the first place. PM me or call the arcade sometime if you feel so inclined.
