Discussion time - What would you change in SF4 ?
Please dont say everything…put a little thought into it. There are rumors going around that Capcom is looking into making a new version of SF4 and I just wanted to get everyones input on the game…since so many people here seem to dislike it. I would like better online matchmaking, lobby matches, and change the tempo of the game a little and make it a little more offensive game instead of a slower paced defensive game (maybe because I have little patience)
Oh and change the Indestructable song, maybe add custom soundtracks, and I would like to see the older maps from SF2 in the game.
Take out all of the shortcuts on inputs and make the inputs respond exactly like SF2.
Plus everything you said except I want the indestructible song (and various remixes of it) to be played through every part of the game including menus and in-fight.
Also tighten up reversal windows to make them more strict, but not HDR strict. Maybe more like 3S reversals.
Throw loops would be nice.
I’d probably change auto-correct, the inputs, add custom soundtracks, better netcode, change how much you get rewarded for being hit(change how fast you get ultra) and maybe remove one frame links?
I dunno maybe that last one is too much but yeah
