Why would you want some young girl thatās either about to finish puberty or just finished puberty? Thatās a highschool freshman/sophomore. Thatās creepy, and gross.
The thing about 18 being the legal age is pretty reasonable seeing as how itās almost certain that theyāre done maturing from a child/teen to an adult. And also old enough to not think like a 15 year old girl when it comes to intimacy.

Not to mention that 18 is more of a moral number and not a biological number. Most girls at 15 donāt look considerably different at 18 so itās not like weāre talking about girls who are child-like in anyway.
