No, itās not. 15 is not the same thing as a child so young that they have no discernible secondary sex characteristics. A 15 year old has nearly full grown features that full grown men lust over. Their skin is as tight and perky as itās every going to be in their whole life and itās only going to get less perky from there. They have nearly 5 years of menstruation under their belts.

Well itās the uncomfortable truth that a lot of people dont want to admit. From a purely biological perspective, girls enter puberty earlier then boys and peak their fertility around that age. A girls body is already āmatureā at this point, most cultures throughout history knew this for the longest time too.
