Hero is not good, and not impressive.
His opponents can punish all unsafe he does like random pretty easily.

agreed
I think I’m just gonna alt blanka now. This character is too hard to win with consistently.
sad to hear that. you’re still going to be active on the Blanka forums right?
Yeah and I still intend to do a full video guide
Josh your connection is pretty unstable are you playing on wireless? a couple of times it felt fine then it would just go back to being awful.
Also you kind of turned into hopthrow.blanka :[
I like your use of st.fierce and mashed elec, but I think you’re a little too loose and free with the ex upballs.
really hard to aa on our connection so I stopped trying.
wtf is going on here???

thats what id like to chat about!
Yea, its wireless. When I play on internet, I just dont really play solid. No real point, get too frustrated, etc, its really more just to try and see new setups and stuff. We had a point where for me, the connection was really consistent, but meh, its 2012, does anyone play this game anymore?
I think tonight was the first time in 2 weeks that I even touched 2012. Its all tekken all the time, game is just too damn solid, and AE is so simple and boring, I just cant encourage myself to play it. Plus, local area likely to never have another 2012 tournament for a looooong time. Besides, its so easy to play solid in Sf4, there no real need to even practice, unless yer getting ready fer a major.
Regardless, the matches were fun. I love how I missed that super in the corner…obvious Im not playing too much. Zzzzz, yall are missing out, tekken is the future for the next 10 years!
Yeah, same for me about SF4, this game bothers me a lot, right now, i play other fitghting games like Virtua Fighter, and soon TTT2 too i think, i always loved Tekken.
I just can’t stand 3D fighters, so I’m still hooked to SFIV.
SFxT was a big disappointment, I love watching UMVC3 but don’t know anything about how to play it and I don’t really dig anime fighters.
I’m planning to buy TTT2 and DoA5, mostly because of the eye candy and platinum trophy (PS3), altough it seems that DoA5 requires such a grind online to platinum…
Are you saying I can chat about ANYTHING!? That’s AMAZING!!
What I like about tekken is how amazingly deep the game is, and there is always something you can do to add to your game and defeat your opponent. Even “low tier” can rape, I mean, double bears as a team is actually considered upper-mid…which if anyone knows about tekken and the bears…this is fricken amazing. Basically, if you know yer shit, you can win with any team as long as you understand how to make your characters move just right. While 2012 is certainly an improvement over older sf4s, there are simply certain matches that you get fucked…tekken doesnt have that problem. People that know their characters can win…against anyone, and any other character. That alone makes me love tekken to death!
Same about Virtua Fighter Josh, amazingly deep and every character is useful, even low.
A fighting game without fireballs is not a fighting game for me… there, I said it
its just really hard for me to get into 3d games…ill play tekken for a bit and just to practice up but i always end up just putting in sf
YO AMEN TO THE TEKKEN FORCE. I’m normally a 2D fighter player but Colorado is hugely known for tekken and man TTT2 is SICK GAME!! lots of depth and stuff involved. Loving that game now. I played some 2012 recently but overall i really am having issues staying focused. I’ve played it a shitton with two different mains since 09 and i mean lol.
Yeah problem with getting into 3d games especially tekken is there is a learning curve with them since they aren’t easy games to get good at. It’s a good thing and a bad thing for many different reasons.
Yea, tekken deffinately has a learning curve, primarily learning how to block, how to backdash safely, and how to punish.
VF, I hate to say it, is just slow and boring. Hard to explain why I guess. I think the tag aspect of ttt2 really increases excitement (in all the ways the tag mechanic works). The juggling concept, and the way walls work also enhances the wtf how much damage did you just do? factor. The only thing VF5 does better than Tekken is that their old man is a fucking alcoholic…tekken needs a fucking alcoholic.
If blanka lives in the jungle, how come he doesn’t have a beard? He’s hairy as hell, but is somehow able to get a perfectly smooth shave every day.
Obviously he’s not human, or not entirely human, so it seems logical that his hair wouldn’t grow in the same places that it does for us men.
No to mention that he may be using an ELECTRICAL shaver everyday… huh? See what I did there? Huh? Yeah, I’m funny!
Blanka deserves a movie i think, look how much his story is awesome and how much he is charismatic!
