Just wanted to add a Cross Rush combo that I use that does pretty solid damage.
cr.hp xx Ex Fiesty rabbit (HK), cr.hp xx LK Sunflower Lance
It only costs 1 bar and is relatively easy to hit. The only caveat is that you cannot do it into the corner as it becomes the last half of the combo won’t land correctly. Mid-screen/out of a corner it’s pretty good.
Also, If you do this combo, do it off the MHH Cross Rush and not the LMHH version. The MHH version is 390 damage while the LMHH is 338. You eek out a bit more damage that way and I figure you’re more likely to be poking with M than L on your partner.
You can do it off any ground or wall bounce though as well. I don’t know how useful it’ll be but I thought I’d throw it out there anyway.
Okay so i had a few matchs up with some local guys.
Fought my friends rolento and huge team. Very solid. Rolento is no big problem. Alpha counter his ass as much as possible. Once you do that he’s fried when it comes to lili pressure.
Hugo. Just watch out for ex jump grab. Fucking is insane! Patty cake (his slap move) is hella unsafe punish it hard on block.
I played poison again, she seems popular. Nothing to troubling. She’s free on her wake up to lili. Just bait her dp and hp counter and you’re set.
Now cammy…i dunno. Her buttons are too good for Lili to handle. Plus the person i was player was our local killer ryry. In our 2 of 3 set i manage to take on set but cammy’s ground pressure is great. Given i did muff up lp counter and muffed up ex counter. Most of the time i couldn’t get ken out. When i did land a hit with ken i made him pay when lili team canceled. That’s my report of my casuals today. I had fun, i hope i continue to lvl up and test my lili ken team against more challenging opponents. Hope you all are having success with her. Lili is a very fun character and it is very rewarding to see lab work pay off.
I can’t believe people still wakeup headbutt, full screen dash punch, and jump into anti airs still. A 3000pt fraud if you ask me. Im only upset that i got hit by so many wakeup moves lol. Tried HP counter, prolly didnt work cause it hit my mid/top section unlike SRKs.
i’m liking your lili progress. You’re playing a lot more footsies than you did in your first video, in which lili barely showed up. Def a lot more spaced footsies into lp den. If you can work in your high low mix up game you’ll run through chumps online like you did this guy. Good luck to you and i hope you keep on improving.
thanks guys, im learning something new everyday. I would do more strings on a guy who isnt trying to reversal at any given time. also i’ve been giving dash cancels a bit more use after 1 or 2 dendrobiums just to keep on their ass and tick throw or cr.lk to F+HK overhead.
i’ve been trying to use the mk fiesty rabbit to crossup after hard knockdown and it never crosses up. I got the idea from the first page. Is there something i’m missing?
What do you guys think about Lili vs zoners like Sagat or Guile? I know she has moves to blow through projectiles but I think Guile recovers too fast to get punished unless at close range.
fiesty rabbit chain to get to guile. once you close the gap on guile try to tag him with cr.mk and do sunflower dance to get the hard knock down.
Sagat has to respect you when you have meter. build one meter wait till he does a shot and do the head stomp and you’re in problem solved. It hits fairly quickly and you can start baiting wake up srk with counter.

Good guide overall, thanks a lot for putting it together! A couple constructive criticisms, though:
Any chance you could either remove or scale down the large images (and their accompanying captions) in the first two posts? They seem to take up a lot of space for no benefit, and have nothing to do with the information that anybody actually comes here for. I’m also not entirely sure about the purpose of the Gems and Partners sections, since the Gems section has no actual Lili-specific information in it, and “someone who can extend her combos” fits pretty much anybody in this game. Plus, there’s no explanation given for any of the particular characters that are listed as to why any of them are good partners.
I also was a bit confused at the random “she is 16 years old” in the middle of the General Information section. Is this guide about gameplay stuff or not? :s

Okay, this is what I’m talking about. These threads should be purely about gameplay information, not “storyline” or other non-gameplay stuff like that. Let’s not turn into the Sakura subforum.
I’m still working on this guide as the days go by, just note that the game as only been out for a few weeks and all the information here is gathered purely by the community as I can’t do all the work myself. The partners section was going to be filled with more information such as what combos to do when switching in those people though they can be in their on respective threads for that character. Although team synergy is key in this game, I felt that that section was needed. As for the gems, the section was originally called recommended gems. And I made this guide days before the game even came out. So if you feel like the information there isn’t needed at this point then let me know.
As for the part that she is 16. Well. A lot of people play the character just because they like her for who she is and her character design. There are a lot of people who stick to the character for multiple reasons. I felt that letting her fans know that she’s 16 can making them think differently about her.
