Her DP is so much garbage compared to Ken/Necalli

Because its 2 frames slower? Still better than every other non shoto/Necalli,and unlike them she has good buttons

Cammy sounds like she came off pretty good compared to Ryu. Ryu is a completely different character and he was already a pretty basic character.

I played cammy vs ryu a few times, her pokes absolutely maul ryu, he canā€™t compete. His low forward gets whiff punished for free by cammys all day.

Yeah, f.HK being like -1 on block instead of -1000 is great, some buffs here and there too. Looks like she walks faster too ?

I know, its fantastic, she mauls shotos so badly.

Cammys stunoutput is ridicoulis,her groundgame is amazing,she deal good damage and has realy good anti-airs. You can basicly outfootsies the whole cast with her,well Vega with Claw and Chun are on pair.

If I see it correct,then her DP has changed to a Yunlike DP.
L is lower body and M upper body invincible,dunno about H I only use that thing to punish stuff,like Birdies Headbutt.
back+mp is still a great anti-air,it just doesnā€™t hit opponents on the ground,sometimes it misses crouching opponents point blank completly.

Some Combos.

2xcr.mp xx HK Arrow /HK DP both work Arrow for Corner Carry DP for Damage.Thats my BnB btw. ~200 damage

st.mp -> st.hp xx HK Arrow/ HK DP thats the punish I use if I donā€™t have V-Trigger,deals good damage and good stun ~ 250 damage

st.mp -> cr.mk xx HK Arrow /HK DP less damage than st.mp st.hp,I used this from far away,were a hp might miss. ~ 200 damage

cr.lk -> cr.lp xx HK Arrow /HK Dp okish damage,pretty easy to hit ~ 150 damage

f+hk -> cr.mp xx HK Arrow / HK Dp Well itā€™s the best I could find.Itā€™s ok. ~ 220 damage

The best punish I found with V-Trigger stocked is the following:

st.hp xx V-Trigger -> st.hp xx HK Arrow -> HK DP / CA deals between 400-500 damage.

Could someone make cr.LP,cr.LP xx Arrow works ? The timing is weird, I donā€™t know if I am missing something or whatever ?

f.hk -> cr.mp xx HK arrow does 230, not 220 (doing HK DP does 3 more damage).

Also, V-skill -> cr.mp xx arrow works on cross up now.

Arrow can be cancelled into CA (which is now QCFx2), so you can do any combo into arrow into CA without having to use V-Trigger.

EX divekick can no longer be done from backwards jump. You can still do it close to the ground, but you have to do the old vanilla SFIV TKCS motion (2149).

Divekick also doesnā€™t work from backwards jump during V-trigger. This means you can no longer jump back to bait stuff on wakeup and punish them with the divekick.

Iā€™ve been messing around with cr.HP and VT.
Basically you have no reason to not push VT after each cr.HP.
If it hits, you can link cr.MK, qcf.KH, dp.HK
If it counter hits, dp.HK then enough meter for a phase followed by combo in qcf.HK regular DP.
In block you are like +5.

Oh I have a new combo for punish for you:
s.HK (CC), cr.HP, VT, s.HP, qcf.MK,dp.HK (wait for it ā€¦ 420/610 LOL)

You can do f.Hk, cr.Mp xx V-Trigger, cr.Mk and follow up with the same I think. Iā€™ll test it out and come back to update numbers.

Another cool thing I noticed is you can combo cr.Lp into b.Mp on hit and itā€™s a crazy good frame trap on block (similar to SF4), but since you have to be really close itā€™s mainly a wake-up setup thing. I donā€™t think this will be really useful since you have to finish the TC so you can confirm anything out of it and the Hk part is punishable even by sweeps.

Also, V-Skill post Hk arrow hits crossup if he quick stands and front if he does the back jump thing. Catches people offguard and you can go for cr.Mp xx Arrow on hit.

What are you guys doing for traps? Iā€™m using cr.Lp into st.Mp. Itā€™s a combo on counterhit, cr.Mk if it hits and f.Hk if itā€™s blocked. Pushback on st.Mp is a bitch though. Damn I miss ex-divekick.

f.Hk, cr.Mp xx V-Trigger, st.Hp xx Hk arrow, Hk DP does 365 damage and 485 stun and the one I quoted does 363 and 497 (assuming you go for hk DP).

Iā€™m doing cr.MP,cr.MP,cr.MK, if cr.MP is counter cr.MK links.
I donā€™t like b.MP, as you said range is tricky

I miss far HK. I canā€™t space people out so well with the new HK.

Use s.MK instead.

If you block a DP:

Hk (CC) xx V-Trigger, st.Mp, cr.Mk xx Hk Arrow, Hk DP for 359/520. Thatā€™s a fuckton of stun lol.
Without CC itā€™s 341/490 so not really better then the previously listed combos.
