B+Hp felt so good but if B+Mp is still high but not as wide as Max said it’ll still be a great Anti Air
I wonder if the frame data is any different being a Medium now. Like is Cr. Mp, B+Mp possible now?

The change to Cammy’s b+hp is really brutal. I get nerfing it, it was absolutely ridiculous as an anti air that could just be used anytime someone was in midair without regard to anything since it reached a mile in front of her.
But they went too far in the other direction with this change to making it b+mp. I couldn’t believe when I saw it whiff after a close f+rh. That’s insane. Nevermind comboing it, doing f+rh, c. mp xx whatever is fine. But just the fact that Cammy is in throw range and it whiffs…wtf? Someone’s going to have to be jumping right on your head if you want to anti air with that now and even then it looks questionable.
I’m not sure why someone would even use the move now. I’d be real wary about trying to use the target combo as a punish because it’d probably end up whiffing if I didn’t press against the person for a few seconds just to make sure I was in range. =P
Would definitely stick to s. mp, s. fp link type punishes. But other than against the closest ambigious crossups that just barely fail to cross you up, I wouldn’t dream of using this for an anti air now. As for the b+mp, rh target combo…forget it.
They will probably adjust this. The move should work similar to Cammys cl.mp in SFIV,but then they have to rework the hitbox a lot. If that thing works like her cl.mp in SFIV,I would already be happy,but now it’s a joke to watch that thing whiff after Cammy jumped into the opponents face.
btw. I used a lot f+hk ->st.mp->st.hp xx HK Cannon Spike as Punish or against lows. It’s good damage.
People are overreacting to that b+hp to b+mp nerf, it’ll still serve purpose to stop crossup attempts. the 2xlights into medium is more of a nerf, but face it everyone knew it was coming. She still looks absolutely godlike, st.mk is one of the best grounded buttons in the game.
Considering that her best BnBs were from medium and heavy normals (e.g. f+hk, st.hp, etc.), the removal of light to medium links isn’t that big an issue.
You know that b+mp -> st.hk is her TC and the b+mp hits nothing in front of her. They have to adjust the hitbox,or her TC is the most useless thing in the game.
btw. Combofiend promised at one point that Cammy will become her airgrab in a later build.
Do you guys think she will be able to do TC-> airgrab like Decapre? Would be cool.
Omega Cammy had a multi-hitting sweep into launcher which allowed for an air throw follow-up.
Using her TC as a type of launcher; a air throw follow up is pretty sweet idea to me.
In the first beta build if I had the opponent in the corner I’d use her TC into EX Canon Spike
It did nice damage/stun for a 1 bar combo
Guys good news,everyone who is bored because Cammy isn’t in Beta2,well Capcom tweeted they will unlock the Beta1 chars now(dunno exactly,per hour or all at once),Nash is already playable.
OMG waahhh waahhh waahhh. All u guys do is bitch and moan. If u guys put as much time into learning how to play the game as u do complaining u would be decent by now
I imagine some of these combo nerfs are in direct relation to crush counters building V Gauge and all normals being VTCable. Lots of combo options are going to open up now that you can just throw any normal and VTC.
