I’ve been watching Hugo gameplay and I don’t see Hugo sucking, I just see people sucking with Hugo.
Hugo’s jumping MP completely stuffs Sagat’s forward roundhouse, and his jumping HP stuffs all of Sagat’s kara bullshit while still putting him far enough away to not trade. His gigantic hitboxes might actually skew the matchup in his favor and that’s god danged awesome.

A dude from my ISP came out yesterday and replaced some equipment, so now instead of getting well under 1 meg down, seems like we’re hovering around 4, even during evening hours? So… maybe I can start watching streams and playing SF online a bit? Going to judge it over a week or two and see how consistent it is. I know 4 meg down is still bad for most of you but for me it’s like seeing the sunlight after being in prison, lol.
