I’ll agree with you that some out-of-state cats are insane, but I’ve met a lot of crazy Florida-born folks in their mid-20s and early 40s that have never left the state. Many Floridians stay in Florida.
North Floridians especially can be crazy as fuck, driving through more rural areas can feel like you’re reenacting Deliverance. Florida has a weird paradox of being the state where the farther north you go, the more “South” the vibe.
