George was not hired or employed to watch the store according to the manager. When word got out that George was “employed” at the store, death threats were called in to the business and the owner passed on doing an interview. The owner supposedly sent a text to George and asked him not to return to the store. Anyone looking to hire George Zimmerman for security could be taking on a huge liability.
What liability? The harassment from assholes with nothing better to do? That’s ILLEGAL and hindering his right to make a living. That is not an okay thing to do.
Bad publicity for hiring someone who was accused of racial profiling, and trying to play supercop by hunting down and killing a kid when dispatch told him to stay put.
George Zimmerman being allowed to be a security guard would be like Hitler heading up a Jewish nonprofit. Homey needs to get into the crocheting business.

Which is why the fact that George Zimmerman, after a high-profile manslaughter case such as the Trayvon Martin one, acquittal or not, was able to be trained and certified by a security company, shouldn’t befuddle me.
However, having never lived there, it still does.
He didn’t hunt down shit. He was following someone, sure, but don’t make it sound like he was the Predator alien hiding in a fucking tree with a fucking vendetta. They wouldn’t get any publicity at all if it weren’t for assholes making it their fucking lives to harass Zimmerman. Literally no one in the world cares anymore. He was acquitted and the world has moved on. Some people just want to make their lives about ruining the life of someone and that is the BIGGEST asshole thing anyone can do.
I’m also tired of telling people that dispatch telling you to do something doesn’t mean shit. They are phone jockeys, not police officers. Whatever they say is a suggestion. They are not some omnipotent being who will make all situations play out to your best expectations. That and he was returning to his car when the incident happen. We literally know nothing else. NOTHING ELSE. Anyone claiming otherwise is either lying or withholding important evidence that could have helped convict Zimmerman of wrongdoing.
And he’s a good security guard, apparently. He neutralized one threat.

Especially, when you are** running for mayor** of Deland which the store owner, Pat Johnson, just happens to be. He can’t afford to be associated with George Zimmerman at this time.
Shut up. People like you ALWAYS ignore that he Zimmerman didn’t come out unscathed. He was obviously hurt. It doesn’t matter how YOU felt about it, but HE, the person who was actually being attacked, felt like his life was in danger. At that point he was, legally, allowed to protect himself and he did.

I respect Zimmerman’s right to live as a free man, but this guy is the definition of trouble looking for trouble. I have never seen someone intentionally create problems for themselves the way George does and as far as he is concerned, it is never his fault. The world may have moved on, but George has not. He still thinks the trial is going on and wants publicity anyway he can get it unless he gets pulled over by the cops or gets into a dispute with a woman. In this case, he decided he would do the store owner a favor and watch his business after hours with his dog.
Unfortunately for the store owner, all this has done is jeopardize his run for mayor.
He’s looking for employment. How is that looking for trouble? You’re trying to psychoanalyze his actions but really the only ones giving him publicity are those who haven’t let it go.
George is not looking for employment my friend, but a payout from NBC. A judge recently dismissed his case against them, in which he has filed an appeal. Wish him lots of luck. He will need it, because he does not have the resources to fight these guys in court. Based on the ruling by the judge, he hardly has a case either.
George wants to be in the news so why complain about the publicity he gets?
How is he NOT looking for a fucking job? Are you just used to speaking straight out of your ass? NOTHING that he has done or has said says he wants publicity. He doesn’t even give interviews and press hounds him a lot. He’s in debt and trying to get a job to deal with it.

The real question is why would he be looking for a job.
George has given about four interviews since the trial and even offered to do a celebrity boxing match against anyone including “black people”.
Because, like anyone else, he needs to make a living. Do you think he magically makes money or some shit? Him and his brother are on record talking about mounting legal fees and shit. I get the impression you’re doing this on purpose.
