His mistake was thinking he owned that property. He doesn’t. He’s in an HOA, they own his property really. Yea he bought and paid for it, but he also signed the agreement that says they can tell him what he can and can not do with his yard.
HOAs are shit, and he was fool for buying into one.

This is VERY good info to have. I’m gonna be looking for a house sooner or later. I now know not to go to any area with an HOA. Ain’t having that shit when I’m the one paying the cash for the place. :tdown: Looks like I gotta find dat property along with the house.
