Has anybody else had issues with the Elite controller just not being recognized?
I just picked up the pink Xbox One > PS4 converter, and while it seems to work fine for my normal Xbox One controllers, the Elite doesn’t ever connect. It doesn’t work on PC or PS4. The xbox button never lights up, and it never registers any inputs. I was able to update to the latest 1.8 firmware using my regular controller, but the Elite still won’t work. Any ideas?

My Xbox360/XboxOne-PS4 is stuck in red and blue LED mode. It won’t recognize the Xbox360 wired controllers anymore.
I have Mac OSX 10.11.4
The day before Guile comes out

I am having difficulty getting my Mad Catz Streetfighter IV wired SE or TE stick to work with this adapter. I have updated the firmware that is currently posted on the website without issue and am able to get a PS3 controller to function completely. However, once I plug in either of those fight sticks, it appears that no buttons are responsive. When the same controllers are plugged into a PS3- they work without any issue. In addition- they both function using the “Legacy” feature of Street Fighter V. So the regular controllers work, the fight sticks don’t- and I’m out of ideas! Please help
To my knowledge yes. Don’t see a way to check it though. I do the combo. It turns red, purple. It prompts me to confirm that firmware. Says it’s completed. I do the combo again- goes back to blue. Close the program.
The ps3 controller then works without issue on the ps4. But fight sticks don’t even register.
Mine is still stuck in red and blue LED mode and when I plug in a controller to do the button combos, It won’t even read the controller. I have tried 2 different wired Xbox360 controllers.

I don’t know if this is related, nor if it will help, but the Xbox 360 version of the Madcatz Street fighter X Tekken Fightstick Pro acts a bit .ahem…weirdly on the PC.
It’s xinput compatible so it uses part of the Microsoft Xbox 360 driver, works perfectly in Street fighter 5 natively, the Xbox player positions light up correctly and so on, but in directinput, it’s identified as a 10 button “Madcatz fightstick Neo” with buttons instead of Z axis for the LT/RT, and no analog axis (although the Analog LS/RS is seen by xinput, e.g. Joytokey can see it and bind it).
The reason I mention this is:
Plug a Madcatz SFxT fightstick Pro (Xbox 360) into a PC and start up Dragon’s Dogma (the Capcom game)–the entire game crashes instantly.
Plug a Qanba Q4raf in Xbox 360 mode into the PC and start up Dragon’s Doama and it works perfectly. (In Joytokey, the Qanba has both Z axis AND buttons (labeled as button 12 and 13) identified for LT and RT–this is 100% identical to the real Xbox 360 controller)
Even the PS3 switch works (but dragon’s dogma calls the buttons numbers instead of the xbox labels).
It’s possible that the madcatz PS3 controller has some minor difference internally from a PS3 controller, similar to the Xbox 360 version

Does the start+select=home function in ps360+ still work when plugged to a Brooks converter? If it doesn’t I might have to add a home button on my PS360+ modded TE.

-XBOX + START button works [LED goes red]
but then when i press LEFT AND XBOX button, led goes blue, but when i let go, UPDATE doesnt happen
it goes blue if i press any button though
also theres 2 downloads, tournament and normal?
please try to find a Windows PC for it at the moment.
and remember, at the third step, you have to release both Xbox and Start keys AT THE SAME TIME!!!
have you downloaded the latest manual and followed the steps?
Press L3/Left, hold it, and press Xbox button (LED to both Normal and TE mode turn from Red to Purple), the ”Update” button will show up on screen.
yeah that step you described doesnt happen

now convertor is stuck in purple mode?
and the program always opens at UPDATE FIRMWARE page but when i update it fails.
