Hi there. after the last firmware update lag input issues for me seems solved
But i have lag when i input jump with my stick. Why? So strange… only with the jump… sometimes the jump don’t come out :S

@Brook_Engineer Sorry to keep bugging you. Tried 2 other pcs, neither worked. Same problem. Update fails and it’s stuck in update mode. Is there anything else I can try? I know other people are having this issue too. Thanks again.

I use xbox360 - ps4 brook adapter with my madcatz tt2 arcade stick for xbox360

So I’m stuck in update mode with a XBOX360->PS4 converter and when I try to update I get a fail screen with the red cross at the end of the update every time.
Meanwhile, my xbox360 wired controller isn’t being recognized by the computer so I cannot input the L3+Start etc. commands.
(I’ve attempted this on multiple computers and with different peripherals).

What do I do next Zippy?

Please look and follow new updated manual.
As below link. And use Left.instead of L3 while you are doing.

It’s important ~ when updated successful, please press combo.keys to exit.

1. Press XBOX KEY+START
2. Press Left hold on then press XBOX Key
3. Release Left and Xbox at the same.
4. Converters turns on.from Pink to Blue.
5. Updated finished, remove …

I read through the manual. When I went to update the first time it never allowed me to exit with the combo keys, it just kept looping back to the Update button and never said whether it was SUCCESSFUL/UNSUCCESSFUL. So it was stuck in update mode from that point on.

I brought the converter to another friend’s PC and it just says UNSUCCESSFUL every time I try to update. I never get to the button command screen, it just loads the green bar and then Fails with the red X. At what point in the process am I supposed to input the combo keys that you mentioned above to restore to default BLUE LED?

Is it when I Run file A as adminstrator? During update? My controller isn’t being recognized as a device through the converter now so I don’t even think it is drawing power for this procedure to take place.

3. have you tried to switch to another USB port?
4. did you see blue light when the first time you plugged converter into PC? what is the light color now?

you may try to follow the manual to restart the process from the very beginning

you may also try to uninstall ZeroPlus Driver and retry
