I don t know how to do it
 Anyone help please!

Hello everyone.

Tried to update my XBONE->PS4 converter yesterday, but got stuck after updating ZPPN003-A. When I run ZPPN003-B, it doesn’t recognize my converter. My PC does recognize it as a PS4 controller. Am I using the right .exe? How can I fix this so I can finish the update. Thanks!

I think Brook makes a good product and I appreciate the support you show on the forums to help your customers.

However, considering the amount of confusion people have, I would suggest streamlining your update process and possibly work with a UX designer and writer who speaks English as their native language (or is extremely fluent).

No offense intended. Just want to see the product and community succeed.

Hi,
Sorry to disturb you, but i’ve a problem with my brook 360/One to PS4 adapter.

With the update on PS4 recently, there’s some problem.

I’ve tried to follow your instruction.
First, everything gonna be allright.
I’ve the litte icone 3PS4 Wired Gamepad".

I’ve tried to follow the step, but at the end, i’ve done probably a mystke cuz the Zeroplus device doesn’t appear on properties.

So, i’ve launch the application who was online today or yesterday. The updage seems successfull, i’ve done it with a controller.

But, it’s a fightpad, and when i tried to plug into my Ps4, the controller (linked to the brook) is not detectec. I can do nothing.

i’ve tried others driver’s update but it’s worst.
Now, when i connect the brook to me pc,  it appears like a HID transfert.

Edit : I can move back the brook by doing
The A uptade : it come back to Ps4 wire gamepad.
But one led stay purple and when I plug it on ps4, thé fightpad is not recognize.

What can i do ? Reboot the brook, but how ? plz help, i can’t no longer play to SFV without the brook.

Thx for help Coco.zippy

Remove and re-insert the adapter into the computer.
Does it appear as a “Hid transfer device?”

its just me or the ps4 touch pad emulation doesnt work anymore with the last firmware update?
using a 360/xbone one to ps4 converter

Looks like everything is working great. Thanks for the good work @GOGO.Zippy

When I go into devices and printers it shows up as a PS4 Wired Gamepad. If I don’t run the exe and do the button combination nothing happens still. The controller light just blinks at me. The stick doesn’t change led colors and there is no disconnecting or reconnecting of the stick. This is why I really want them to release an update package that doesn’t involve me needing to hook up my XBOne controller to it.

@Labula

Which file and converter to update?
Please offer more info to help you. Thanks

@Falkentyne Unfortunatly yes :frowning:

I am using ZPPN003-A_V18_20160408 I have the XBOne to PS4 Converter. I am trying to update it on a Windows 10 pc with my Elite controller.

@Labula
Confirm again, Can the Elite controller work well with converter before updated?

Yes. After eight minutes it shuts off just like the regular one.

Please wait for the fix

  1. Retry?
  2. What is the color of the light when plugging into PC and console?

That means it’s still in update mode.
I had this problem originally because I put my computer into a “loop” by not knowing how to exit out of update mode. It took me like 10 flashes before I did a search and found the correct key combination that was explicitly described. Then I instantly succeeded in the flash.

What I remember doing is restarting the computer, the Brook wanted to flash instantly as soon as it was plugged in, and I did the flash, it said remove the update mode. The trick was, looking at device manager AFTER the flash and seeing if it said “PS4 wired controller”. if it did, then I just pressed Home+Start, Left Joystick+home, and closed the flasher.

Can you shoot a video?

when doing firmware update, did you also connect your controller with the converter?
