Not going to work, the Sega USB controller doesn’t have a home button. It might work without the need of a converter with games that have the LabZero drivers.

I saw your pic, your converter is still working on updating mode. Please run a file and follow twice combo.keys to enter and exit updating mode.
I have done this update several times, the combo to initiate and the combo to exit the update. Each time I do it the only thing that changes is my device changes from HID transfer to PS4 Wired GamePad.
How do I bring the device back to default settings?

How to update A file ? please look video file, it started at 02:00-04:00 or read installation guide

I know the process to update A-file. I’ve gone through the steps probably 50 times over the past 6 hours straight. I’m about ready to give up entirely on this thing just to be spared the mental anguish of trying to fix it.
Is there any way to get more specific help outside of the tutorial? Skype?
It seems my controller is locked in RED+BLUE update mode and no matter how many times I attempt to finish the update, the light does not remain BLUE.
If there is a quick solution on how to return the Brook Converter to factory settings, I would love to hear it. I fear I may have damaged the default drivers when fiddling with them to get the Firmware to update properly.
I’ve got the driver installed, and it’s changed to Zero Plus USB, but whenever I try to start the A file I get “Please Plug In Controller” rather than the setup screen.

Please remove Zeroplus USB driver and (only) updated A file to fix 3.15.

Firmware setup with the pc was a breeze although the documentation has some holes, its easy enough to figure out and do. I used a Windows 10 pc.
So far, the thing works like a dream. My ONLY issue is that “back” does not seem to function as “share”
I have been too busy playing to troubleshoot this in any way, but when i get around to it i will report back (it may be the stick, it may need an optional firmware update, it may be the converter). Right now its just too easy to activate the dualshock right next to me and hit share for the one match i wanted to record.
I will also be grabbing my Original HRAP EX from my parents house today and will report back as well.
But serious. I was super skeptical about any kind of converter solution, even to the point where I grabbed a Hori FC4 on clearance early last week… I had zero interest in any thing that:
A. Wasnt perfect
B. Required modding
C. Was very expensive
But for $40 i figured Id take a shot, and man, so far the thing is a dream come true.

We added a function to simulate touchpad and adjusted a few keymap in the latest firmware (-A file_20160206).
So you must to press( back & start ) at the same time as ( share ).
( Back ) equals == Touch Key
We will post and describe kaymap in Brook website as soon as possible.
