I also noticed that when I plugged in the converter, my computer reads as HID Transfer now instead of Wired PS4 Controller. I think what I did wrong was left the controller plugged in the first time I tried to update the firmware.

Did you want me to install the ZeroPlus drivers to the HID-Compliant Device?

@ice_berg_slim
No, please uninstall ( remove ) Zeroplus USB Driver from HID Transfer.

Then only updated A patch file to fix 3.15

When converter entered updating mode, converter (P4 wired gamepad) changes to HID Transfer mode.

Please check again.

Figured out what the problem was. For some reason, the firmware update doesn’t work for me when using a USB 3.0 port. I plugged it in the back of my computer using the USB 2.0 port and everything works. Thanks again for the help!

trying to get mine to work it is the pink xb1 to ps4 i plug it in my pc and can not find under devices and printers ps4 controller

@"Brick City"
Can it work on PS4? or change others usb or pc to try.

PS2-PS4:
Downloaded the latest driver (3.15), extracted the ZIP file and ran the .exe however the application as shown in the guide with the ā€œupdateā€ button doesn’t come up. I see the process in windows task manager. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Help?

Thanks

Can you post the lag test results for each converter you’ve tested on the first post?

@Atb_555

  1. Disable Virus software
  2. Run App and don’t plug converter in USB
  3. Press PS Key then plugged in USB
  4. Waiting a moment at first time and Don’t release PS Key
  5. Update icon enabled to do.

I’ve tested my Atrox 360 modded with cerberus, and it worked with Brook PS3-PS4.
However Brook X360-PS4 didn’t work.

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of reading this thread and am really lost. I’m not technically minded at all and old.

I have a 360+ board and I purchased a 360/xbone >> PS4 converter.

I’m not sure what to download off of this page and/ or what order to update the converter in.

There are 5 zip files listed. Which ones do I download and install? Thanks!

Has anyone updated the Brook drivers on a Mac using Bootcamp, Parallels, VMware, etc?

Just do the latest:

Works fine in boot camp.

Thanks @jonyfraze

@KingRaoh
As above link to download and update.
About PS360+ issue, Please skip A file then install Zeroplus USB Driver into PS4 Wired Gamepad and update B file to fix.

Refer to look the video (PS3->PS4), Brook PS4 Converter used the same updating process to update. Only different combo keys.

Got my Xbox 1 to ps4 was hella impressed

Hi, I just got a xbox360 to ps4 converter and I want to update it because it keeps disconnecting.

But since the stick doesn’t have L3 and I don’t have any wired xbox360 controller, I can’t update it…

Is there a way to bypass that ? I don’t want to buy a wired xbox360 controller just to update the converter

@coiL
Please looking your inbox…Thanks

Thank you! Everything is working fine now.
