Please install USB Driver from HID Transfer. Then only updated A file to fix 3.15.

I also noticed that when I plugged in the converter, my computer reads as HID Transfer now instead of Wired PS4 Controller. I think what I did wrong was left the controller plugged in the first time I tried to update the firmware.
Did you want me to install the ZeroPlus drivers to the HID-Compliant Device?

Figured out what the problem was. For some reason, the firmware update doesnāt work for me when using a USB 3.0 port. I plugged it in the back of my computer using the USB 2.0 port and everything works. Thanks again for the help!
PS2-PS4:
Downloaded the latest driver (3.15), extracted the ZIP file and ran the .exe however the application as shown in the guide with the āupdateā button doesnāt come up. I see the process in windows task manager. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.
@KingRaoh
As above link to download and update.
About PS360+ issue, Please skip A file then install Zeroplus USB Driver into PS4 Wired Gamepad and update B file to fix.
Refer to look the video (PS3->PS4), Brook PS4 Converter used the same updating process to update. Only different combo keys. https://youtu.be/oCA8JgqehMI
