They arent in production any more. I was helping out KaneBlueRiver trying to get some more to his region and Brook (via Zippy) confirmed a few things: They weren’t firmware upgradeable and they actually had a ton of lag. Brook was considering recreating them using the newer design converters.
Ah thanks for the info. I hope they do recreate them some time, I know a number of people in my area who would be into that, as I know people who have PS3 sticks or prefer PS3 pads but play 3S and everyone in my area plays 3S on 360.
Hi Guys
We are sorry to say that some users have experienced problems with our PS4 Super Converters series after doing PS System 3.15 upgrade.
BROOK All PS4 Super Converters disconnects after 8 minutes
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences this may cause our customers.
Our R&D team is working hard to fix this issue, and we will release a fix as soon as we have it ready.
Maybe Tomorrow will release the latest firmware in Brook official website.
Got my PS2 to PS4 converter and updated the firmware and put on the TE mode.
My PS4 is updated too.
Was able to use my PS2 pad on the PS4 (didn’t try it for a long time so don’t know if >8 min is OK).
Tomorrow will get out the PS2 MAS stick and see if I can use it on the PS4.
Will check back here tomorrow to see if there’s an update for the firmware.
If there is an update do we have to put the TE mode on again?
My brooke ps4/ps3 to ps4/ps3 stopped working and I had to plug it in and plug it out to get it to work. It has happens two times now. It may be the update that has started this problem.
Is it possible to update the ps3-ps4 converter without a ps3 pad? Im in the middle of moving and all my ps3 pads are on a moving truck a few states away.
