Hi All Guys
We fixed L3+R3 to simulate TP key issue on PS3/PS4 to PS3/PS4 Converter.
##############
New Touch functions
1.) SELECT(SHARE)+START(OPTION) = SHARE Key
2.) SELECT(SHARE) + [ Right 3DVR ] = Touch module outputting
3.) SELECT(SHART) = Touch Key
Others PS4 converters will add new touch functions.
BTW…We will release the brand new firmware interface in the end of February. It will be much easier, much faster and no more time wasted to update firmware…! Keep watching our facebook …
Think I was able to update OK (Vista and Chrome used here).
So we need to update the firmware and then reinstall the TE On firmware update? Or we can update the firmware and have to wait for the new TE ON firmware update?
Before I updated I was able to use my PS2 MAS Super Pro Stick w/Perfect 360 and a DualShock 2 on my fully updated PS3 (played some SCIIHD and USFIV).
Within the next few days I will test both controllers on the PS3 (again) and on my PS4.
Successfully updated PS3 -> Ps4, Xbox360 -> PS4 and PS2 -> PS4.
Tested with latest Playstation 4 Firmware and no 8 minute disconnects and no Input Bugs.
Good Job to Brook!
Its only a question of time until sony will give up
How feasible is it that you guys can keep releasing new firmware each time Sony releases system updates? You guys are doing great work, but just a general question. Hopefully in the long run these converters remain a realistic option for playing on new gen, however Sony seem pretty adamant on making these workarounds redundant. I own a perfectly good 360 stick and I hate the thought of having to dump lots of money into a new stick when I have a perfectly working last gen one.
On a side note, can updates be installed using the stick itself? I don’t own any pads so I don’t know how I would be able to hit L3/R3
Do you already update -A_20151113 or higher version of A file in your converter?
If yes, you will press Left (or L3) to enter and exit mode.
Please try…
Even fresh out of the box with no prior update installed? I ordered mine today but apparently only a newer update lets you use left as L3. I’m guessing I could use a PS4 pad to do it anyway? Or does it only recognize 360 peripherals (since I ordered a 360 > PS4)?
