At the moment the firmware update just needs to be revised to make it work. Im confident brook and team will get it to work soon. I don’t think it’s top priority for now so it may take some time.
Thank you again GOGO.Zippy! We appreciate all the hard work and help you have been giving all of us.
I think the new videos will help out tremendously!
Quick question in regards to the Xbox One Elite controller. Will this have a update that would allow full wireless capability? or does it already support this feature for the xbox one elite controller?
I have the xbox one elite controller working great on the PS4 when hooked up with the USB, after 3 to 5 seconds after hook up I try and disconnect for wireless and it loses connection.
I didn’t see it posted anywhere (I might’ve missed it) but is there any word on whether or not the yellow ps3/ps4 converter works with the zero delay usb encoder pcb?
<- have used the PS2 to PS4 converters with original non-Dualshock PS1 controllers and PSOne Analog Stick Controllers. Worked well with both. It does require the firmware to be updated. I did not have any issues with doing so.
Converters are not a workaround in the same sense. They spoof the hardware of the native system you’re converting to so it’s acting like you’re using the correct controller. PS3 sticks working on certain games and not others is due to a driver in the game only. If you’re using native hardware (or a converter) you bypass the need for the driver.
Just received my PS3 to PS4 adapter through the mail. I’ve done some digging and I’m having troubles finding resolution to my issue. When I plug the converter into my pc(updating drivers, firmware, etc) everything seems to be fine. When I plug the converter into my PS4, everything is fine. As soon as I connect a controller with the converter on ps4, the converter disconnects every 5 seconds, or so. I’m at a loss at this point and have reinstalled/re-updated the firmware and drivers many times. Anyone else have this issue, or know a possible fix?
