@roosta tried the firmware update for the red adapter. Wasn’t successful. I’m sure it will be resolved soon.
360xone -> PS4 adapter arrived today. Driver installed on Windows 10 PC, ran the elite controller compatibility update in admin mode, update went smoothly.
I’m rather impressed already, using my Elite controller for Destiny on PS4 means I can use the same controller on both systems without issues, paddles and all. There’s also no perceptible latency, though it’s a 30fps title so it may just be less noticeable if its like 1 frame or anything like that.
I dig this. Might just order a PS3/4 to Xbone adapter eventually for the odd game I want to use a stick on (KI, maybe shmups if they get BC added). I’ll recommend it to anyone looking for something like this, for sure!
@jonyfraze thanks for the reply!
I’m a complete noob at understanding these things, but can’t Sony just release system updates/patches on the PS4 to somehow stop these converters from working? It would suck to buy one and use it only for it to become obsolete. Is this a realistic worry or am I being over the top?
They already did with the 3.11 firmware update. Although, we don’t know for sure that was what they intended to do.
@Ramza126 yes it works since it’s a officially licensed 360 stick.
Thanks @jonyfraze… BROOK tested Madcatz FightStick Pro with Converter, they worked fine together.

Ok…I’m almost done. Got everything going right except part “B” of the driver update. It never gives me the “update” icon even though the zero plus driver was installed and when the controller is not in the “settings” mode the device manger still shows the adapter as an xbox one controller. Plus, it does not give the option to run as administrator when I right click on part “B” update.
@ONE100BILL
Sooorry… it’s complex updating process on XBOX One series converter. Brook is going to improve …How to update -B file?
(1)Run -B file and follow combo keys to enter updating mode
(2)The device manager, Xbox Gaming Device shows the yellow warning sign. then to install “Zeroplus USB Driver”
(3)If you installed “Zeroplus USB Driver” successful, the Xbox Gaming Device will change to Zeroplus USB Device".
(4)The -B file will enable “Update” icon and remove the game controller, then click update icon to do.
(5)When Update successful is no longer shown, reconnect the controller on the converter.
(6)follow combo keys to exit updating mode.Please try again
No luck… Can’t update…
@ONE100BILL
Please help to confirm, could you install Zeroplus USB Driver successful? Like step3…
I was able to update using my surface Pro running Windows 8.1 For some reason my pc running Windows 7 was not able to complete the process and yes, Zero plus was successfully installed on both systems.

I’m having the same issue with a X360toPS4 converter, I could install the driver and now the “USB Input Device” shows as “ZeroPlus USB Device” in the device manager, I’ve updated the -A file without any issue by connecting my Xbox 360 wired pad, said Update was Successful but when I try to launch the -B file (ZPPN004-B_V13_20151002.exe) it says “Plug in converter to update firmware. Don’t connect any controller at the moment”. When I plug the converter, it lights blueish pink but it still stays on the earlier message and there is no update button…
Looks like my converter is stuck in Settings mode and I can’t seems to get it light blue again, it always light purple, I tried the step : “⦁ Redo the steps to exit the Settings mode (Press START+PS, then press and hold LEFT STICK and press the PS button again). The Super Convertor will light blue again.” but it always prompt me to update the converter… (this is with the -A file since I can’t do anything yet with the -B file)
Sorry for the big pictures, can’t seem to lower their sizes.

This is the same thing I am experiencing, as well as a handful of others.
We have re-tried the same steps you keep posting GOGO.Zippy.
It is not working.
either faulty adapters or faulty firmware update.

First, thanks for trying to help.
Sadly, that’s the step by step I did before writing on the forum, I’m still stuck at “STEP7 Redo the steps to exit the Settings mode. The Convertor will light blue. Then
Close the update window” when I redo the steps to exit Settings mode (Press Xbox Guide + Start, Press and Hold Left Stick and Press Xbox Guide again) converter goes from blinking purple -> red -> fixed purple (1 led blue, 1 pink)…not blue.
And now on Windows, my device in “Devices and Printers” is named “HID Transfer” not PS4 Wired Gamepad anymore but it’s still recognize as “ZeroPlus USB device” in the device manager, as if the converter is stuck in Settings Mode (purple fixed light, not blinking)…
I have tried with 3 differents PC and I have 3 different Xbox360 brook adapters and they’re all having the same issue…so it can’t be a faulty converter unless all 3 are faulty…
OK I found out what I was doing wrong, after updating the -A file, to exit the Settings Mode you actually have to Press Xbox Guide + Start, Press And Hold LEFT Stick and Press XBox Guide again, release Xbox guide, then wait like 2 secs and Release Left Stick…if you release both at the same time, it won’t light blue but stays in the fixed purple state…Try this if you’re having issue, it’s sorted now my issues are fixed and it’s again recognized as a “PS4 Wired Gamepad” now on Windows, and I could use the -B file to update! =)

BROOK already started doing a big change about updating process…coming soon
I recently purchase the PS3 to PS4 converter white USB to use with my PS3 SF4 TE stick.
Everything seems to work except that I can’t turn off Turbo mode.
Anyone has figured out a way to disable it or turn it off?
Hi @Utsutsu
We will release a TE version (No Turbo / No KeyMap function) on all converters…

After re-reading Fufy’s post on his problems with all of his adapters…I re-read his last part, which was the exact area I was messing up at with the installation.
I got mine working on the PS4 with the elite controller and I am a happy camper.
I apologize for some frustration and confusion on my part, I was trying the firmware install on 4 different computers trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. my wife thought I went insane.
Thank You both GOGO.Zippy amd Fufy!
@roosta tried the firmware update for the red adapter. Wasn’t successful. I’m sure it will be resolved soon.
So red converter does not work with PC/PS3 (chtulu) hitbox to use on XB1?
That is a shame =(. Thanks for testing for me! I almost wasted $200 =).
Does the Xbox One Elite controller support chat using the 3.5 mm jack while playing on ps4? I’m using the x360/xbox one to ps4 adapter.
yyr:
When I updated the firmware on my 360 -> X1 adapter, during the first step there was a picture of a DualShock. I thought that meant that I needed to have a DualShock, but pressing the equivalent buttons on my 360 controller worked. Maybe try connecting a DS3/4 and using that…?
Zippy: I have the black Xbox 360 -> Xbox One adapter. It’s great. My PS360+ works 100%. But the adapter doesn’t work with my Hori HRAP-VX SA. Could that stick work in the future?
@yyr

Sorry, please use XBOX360 wired controller to update, like app’s picture.
BROOK have tested Xbox 360 -> Xbox One adapter with Hori HRAP-VX SA, they work well to use firmware from official website. Please updated the latest firmware to confirm and Thanks.
Which firmware version do you update in your converter?
The firmware update I downloaded and installed was 1001.
It contained ZPPK001-A_V15_20150925 and ZPPK001-B_V12_20150824.
I just noticed that a new version was added TODAY, so I’ll try that one and post my results =)
