Color 2, red with gold, will do for me. I didn’t get the one I was really hoping for (I think white main, gold secondary would look great on his outfit), but I got my second choice and that will do well enough. I am surprised at the lack of a purple set, however. Purple/gold would have also been pretty slick, so why waste a slot on “dark red” and “faded brown”?

Yeah black/gold is pretty boss, and fits well with Firebrand which is cool should some of my theory set-ups work. Actually all of his colors minus the brown one and the all red one are pretty good, especially the Quasar one.
Fuck yeah! Quasar Nova! And the lack of a classic color scheme probably means we’ll get it as an alt somewhere down the line.

Yeah the silver/light blue on blue one is probably my second favorite. Black and gold is still the best, and is in general one of my favorite color combos after red on white ala Vergil’s white alt.

Yes, some (like Jill’s 236C are also hard knockdowns. Failed wallbounces are also a special state.
I’ve got some very cool combo ideas that I am almost certain will work. I’ll be sure to make some videos when I pick the game up. Provided I don’t hate Nova when I actually take the reigns.
