So EVO is finished, and USF4 is still far ahead in early 2014, and i got alot of tech. So why not share it now so people can use it before it might removed/nerfed.

Note: Some setups are just to show that a fake crossup is possible, even though the setup might be unsafe against some stuff.

Really strong on sakura since there are no midscreen unblockables on her. There are a few escapes, but they are different for Hp and HK, so you force the opponents to make a big guess.
For Cammy and Ibuki, its still really strong.
You get to maintain your charge because you know which side youre gonna land on (The unblockable will always be a guess)
10 times easier to do than the unblockable, so when youre failing youre unblockables, you can just use this.

For a while now ive had discussions with people that claimed the backthrow unblockable that bison has on shotos and more is a safejump setup also against DP’s.
Ive always said its unsafe, but people dont know how to anti air it. Its no shame if you didnt know, because even the most godlike players like Tokido and Mago didnt know when i played them at CanadaCup 2k12 (Theres a vid of me vs mago and he just ate the unblockable)
The key to most characters is heavily delaying youre DP while crouching. The unblockable doesnt hit meaty, So you are able to crouch making the setup hit a bit later.
Some characters like Fei long are only able to do so with a certain button, in Fei longs case, its LK flamekick.
And a fake crossup on Ryu. However Dp hitboxes are OP and its unsafe. But a interesting thing happens when someone tries to quickstand mash shoryu for example. The scissor kick switches sides, and nullifies the dp input.

After trying some of these out (mostly the akuma corner unblockable), I found this…strange shit. If you mistime the akuma corner unblockable it becomes super-blockable. Doesn’t matter what side you choose to block. http://youtu.be/cyNZHWDvt5w
Happens with every shoto, Ibuki. Didn’t test the whole cast.
I don’t think the distance after psycho crusher is consistent enough to always setup an unblockable. It depends on what you use to combo into it, and sometimes the camera affects the positioning. Will definitely play around with it though.
For the corner setups, does it always have to be 4 cr hits xx lk.sk? Or is it basically anytime we land a lk.sk? What if I only land only: cr.lk, cr.lk xx lk.sk, does the setup still work?
It doesnt matter what combo you use or how you land it. A clean lk.sk, 2x cr.lk into lk.sk or 4x cr.lk. it doesnt matter as long as it ends with lk scissor
No in a real match it would still be unhittable. What i meant was when im in training mode trying out stuff, i often get stuck with a unhittable setup, leading up to nothing.
If some of you don’t now yet. You can safe Cammy after a scissor kick LK. To do it the scissor kick must be landed at the right range.
There are few setup like :
After a jump MK cross up by doing cr.LP > st.LK > cr.MK > “Scissor Kick LK…and then immediately Jump HK”
After a jump HP by doing cr.LP > cr.LP > cr.MK > “Same”
After a scissor kick into FADC combo by doing cr.LP > cr.LP > cr.MK > “Same”
After cr.LK x 4 > “Same” (don’t work after Scissor Kick into FADC
If Cammy tech and do a reversal dp, it will wiff and you will be able to punish her with : sweep, throw, BnB, FA level 2, Jump MK/HK > combo, or even Jump MP-MP > Ultra
If Cammy crouch she will get hit (even by doing any move) If Cammy tech and backdash you can’t OS it
If Cammy doesn’t tech you can do another safe jump forward (MK or HK). Notice that this is a cross up and you have to jump as soon as possible again. There is no timing.
If Cammy doesn’t tech and backdash, she will avoid your jump. It can be punished by OS st.hk (loose against reversal dp)

Chaoz - your tech is really nice, especially since it is based on a normal scissor kick combos, but does any of it work on people who quick rise or is it normal-rise only?
