I think we should add another category or two:
Best Troll Stick
Most unique
best bang for buck

Lego stick wins that hands down.
Thatâs exactly what I had in mind
How long to the âEVOâ monitors typically last? My monitor died on me after a year and Iâm trying to avoid a repeat failure for my next.
A conundrum: what looks better with ligt up on activation buttons on a clear acrylic case, having the art on top or on the bottom so that the PCB, etc. can be seen over the art?
Thatâs a fine problem to have, brother.
Of course, that depends on the artwork, and if the wiring is clean enough to not obstruct. If I was in your situation, Iâd go with the artwork on top and leave the bottom clear. Itâd probably be more aesthetically pleasing, unless you had a mirror finish on the bottom, or something.
Hmm, Iâll have to consider tha⌠OH MAI!
I feel the need to do art for a Happ/iL based stick.
I wished I could have gone to Evo, its a pain and big expense as I am in the UK, my friends and I are talking about coming to 2011 however on a stag do weekend so that should be win!
I hear ya jUtmAN. Although I wouldnât last 6.3 seconds in a tourney, and I would probably end up fighting with somebody for shouting âWOO YEA! GODDAMN YEEEA!â in my ear for an hour. It would be cool watch the pros go at it, and maybe sell some of my balls (ooo matron).
LMAO ⌠sounds like the same noises made when watching the golf in the US:P
If we go dude, you will have to come along ⌠with balls
Depends on how neat/clean yuor wiring is. You may not want that to be seen, clear case or not!
Patience. My E. Honda project will be ready soon enoughâŚ
ok so i have a freind that lost most of his right hand when he was young and he can actually play some games on a regular controller dont ask me how it doesnt make sense unless you see it. but i am gonna make him a stick for his b day. ok so its for 360. what im planning is to take and gut a controller then use the pcb pretty basic now here is the fun i am going to try and set it up with both the right and left joysticks. left stick on the right for him to use with his nub all 8 buttons and right stick on the left. because he likes call of duty and has issues with aiming very well. so what kind of stick do you think would work best for the aiming stick? i am going to use sanwa jlf for the left stick. i think the smoothness of a happ 360 would be best for aiming. i wasnt really sure where to post this so defaulted to this thread lol any thoughts ideas to improve on this i wanna do something cool for him. any input is apreaciated
I donât know Call of Duty, because I donât play any FPS.
But does it use Analog for movement and aim?
yes you control forward back left right with the left stick and the right stick to aim/look around.
How are you going to control Analog movements with a Digital Joystick?
lol im new. if i need to i will go back the the noob thread lol. derecct me to the a thread for useing a controller pcb to build a stick. i assumed people used the d pad wires to hook the joy stick up to. and if i have to i will go to an analog brand for him at least on the right stick. know a good brand of analog?
awsome i might be biteing a little more than i can chew here but if i dont try i will never learn. is there a good step by step for the 360 wrieless controller pcb extraction/mod?
