I guess. I must say I really like the hinge top & undercover design.
I like the MK stick, even though I would probably never buy it. Itās good to see that the manufacturers remember the good olā days of playing on American Happ parts and the olā MK3 button layout. Sucks that itāll be a bit hard to play other games with it.
Iām on the fence If about ordering it as well. On one hand I already modded my T5 for UMK3 and put in a LS-56 in there. I have a lot of fond memories of playing MK 1 and 2 in the arcades, but by the time UMK3 came out I got into other games. Iām glad I have the option. I need to get rid of one or two sticks to get this though, and am waiting to see if there is going to be a Xbox 360 exclusive character. I prefer Live over PSN, but dig Kratos.
Cthulhu should work. The only issue would be routing the USB cable inside the cab.
And finishing the Lamp360 to light the cab.
Laugh.
Iāll just pay gummybear to do it. I would use my jpac, but the wires are such a mess in my 2p panel.
Oh goody, he can finally scratch that Lamp360 itch⦠wait youāre talking about lamping the 360 right?
They still owe me a new xbox. >:(
Iām guessing you just need two cthulhuās wired up with QDās and jlf harness?
I snagged a tag spot for this thread before they are all taken!
I guess so. Once I get my settlement money we will be talking.
Would it be blasphemy to make a LampStation3?
Or a Lampii? Atleast I would make that one turn on via a motion sensor.
Iād send you my old 40Gig if it wasnāt across the damn Pacific.
heh, thats ok. I got a ps3 that doesnāt have a working disc drive. Think I might just LampStation3 it.
Fuck, I just went over my tuition and supplies cost for the next 4 years (If I get in my program which is 3 years year round) will be 27k.
Iām planning on going to a school (a technical institute) which compresses the workload into 3 years, so I donāt even know if I can work if I go to school.
Iāve had like no inspiration for neat mods these days, Iām blaming on the cold ass weather.
On a similar note though
Getting a final quote for fab/assembly today, canāt wait eeeeeeeeeeek
Hack a Kinect to be able to use with fighting games⦠give some good exercise to the fighting game community
The Kinect was already hacked actually (was posted on adafruit I think, canāt remember). If I knew jack shit about Linux I might try to mess with the (now) open source Kinect drivers
That would be a pretty neat project, perhaps Iāll sniff around to see if thereās any good windows drivers for that stuff.
Raise your hand if this was your first fighting game.

Not mine: Yie Ar Kung-Fu - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Played the crap out of it at the skating rink in Tuscon way long ago.
Wiki says that Karate Champ was released first, so it may be a close tie with Yie Ar in my timeline.
KARATEKA on a Commedore 64. 5inch floppy POR VIDA!
I guess Karateka was actually my first. Iād just been thinking about Zelda II and remembered the mechanics of the knight battles and it reminded me of SF.
