Best Ultimate Tech Talk Hang Out Loud Edition Season V

I say find a way to convert the Activator to 360 and show some people up with the original Kinect.

On a side note -raises hand-

Lampii with motion sensor all the way! Better than having a clapper lamp!

My first fighting game was KOF94. Fuck this street fighter noise.

Karate Champ in the Arcade for me. I had the NES version much later and got so skilled at learning footsies against the dynamite vase things.

SFII is what I was born with.

I’m gonna have to enroll myself at the old folks’ home with Toodles, because I also cut my dentures with Yie Ar Kung Fu.

Does C64 Archon count? TBH it was probably some version of Joust or Pong.

First fighter that I can think of was the vs mode of double dragon on nes

Not sure if that really counts as a fighter. That said, that was my first Zelda game ever.

My first fighter was either Karateka or Yie-Ar.

P.S. Geddof mah lawn waves rage-cane.

Laugh.

Link vs. Blue Palace Knight is a SF minigame within a side-scrolling RPG. It’s got high/low blocking on both sides, jump-ins, frame traps, and high and low Sagat-style projectiles.

in this state of my life. I really fucking hate nostalgia.

Wondering how much it would cost if I took a TE shell to an auto paint shop and spray some custom color on it. And would it even last with repeated use? Hmmm…

It might. Paint shops sometimes have a baking process. So you may want to check it out with the shop that’s doing the work. Otherwise, I’d say it’ll eventually wear and tear.

Bah. Nostalgia is why I’m pretty sure the recently added to PSN side scrolling game of X-Men is going to sell like gangbusters. Seriously that game rocks even if my roommate did get a better score than me (I attribute this fact to me letting him use the arcade stick with a turbo function).

I’ve had a local place do powder coating of a metal panel from a T5 stick (art and glue goo scrubbed off) and the metal shielding on top of a 2 slot MVS board; both times it was about $40. For painting plastic? no clue.

OMG! I just got flamed by DSP.
