I was just thinking that if there were ever to be a game based off Claymore manga I would want it done on this engine with this style. The fights with awakened being would be fucking amazing.
I’m totally in love with this game. It’s the best action game i’ve played in years and i really don’t want it to end.
Only time that matters is fight time. No penalty for time spent outside battles. How else is one supposed to discover everything. So smart choice on their part there.
I really hate the Out of Body Afelheim Challange.
I don’t want to traumatize players with Non Stop Infinite Climax horror stories but the Challenges on that mode are retarded.

Witch time is disabled but in the challenges witch time is allowed if it is the objective of the challenge. IE: Defeat enemies in witch time.
Just finished it on normal last night, and I gotta admit it blew my expectations away. It’s worth $60 for the last 3 chapters alone, which are so mind blowing and epic that I already can’t wait to take this baby on to hard mode. After being completely underwhelmed by DMC4, Bayonetta pretty much makes DMC irrelevant to me. Even GoWIII is going to have to do some really impressive shit for it to measure up, and that’s saying A LOT(for me anyways). Now, what gets me thinking though, is what’s to become of Bayonetta? I hope it does not turn out like DMC, with all sequels(except for the excellent DMC3), being pure garbage in comparison. Still though, I’m really not sure if it’s even possible to top how crazy this one is. Anyways, anyone else actually enjoy the story? I did, which was surprising. The backstory is actually interesting and some of the characters were actually great Sure, it’s ridiculous, but at least it doesn’t actually take itself too seriously and end up looking retarded(yeah, I’m looking at you NG and DMC). It’s going to be a LONG year for any publisher releasing a action game in 2010.

I might have to get this game brand new ( If I can afford it), first I thought it was a lot of hype but it seems that this is a really good game.
It’s worth it just to see her kill enemies by BREAK DANCING! That’s some of the craziest shit i’ve ever seen in a game.
it’s not like DMC is a bad series…it’s just DMC4 was lackluster considering how long it was in production.
Just picked this up today. I plan on really getting into it tomorrow while off.
Only cause Bayonetta runs a train on it (and besides the original the series is kind of hit and miss). This is the best hack and slash action/adventure game since the original Ninja Gaiden on Xbox1.
I just got the 4th main weapon, on chapter 6 I think. What I love most about the game is that its VERY clear when an enemy is attacking and regardless how crazy looking the enemies or scenery gets, you can always tell whats going on. This is one of the most stylish games I’ve ever played, bar none.

When I say Bayonetta kills DMC I pretty much mean DMC4. I still think DMC1 & 3 are GDLK but DMC4 was a letdown. Bayonetta seems to improve in the action genre in so many ways. I do agree the button mashing QTE’s are the only thing that suck gameplay wise.
DMC 4 would’ve been even better with some DLC.
