Bayonetta demands Dante (DMC) to make her a sandwich. Patch fix available for PS3!

You should buy the Shoulder Check Million. It’s incredibly good and so bad ass to use.

I agree, the action sequences and boss fights have been wowing me. The animations are so slick and smooth, it’s crazy. I feel like I also have barely gotten anywhere in this game, and everytime I complete a chapter I find myself missing medals that are probably hidden Alheim’s or other things that I entirely missed.

I just picked up the Shinryuken technique. I missed the RE4 reference, and that bugs me a bit, for I played through RE4 about 8 times. What was it, exactly?

I just got the Claws, but they seem a lot slower than the Katana. I’m sticking with the Katana for now. You guys might find the video funny, I know I did:

Wow…just wow.

wow

Spoiler

After viweing that Joy cutscene / fight…just friggin dirty!

Rodin: “What are ya buying? hehe. I heard that in a game once.”]

Yeah just wait till you use a torture tech on her. DIRTY!..And hawt.

Yeah I saw that too…wow.

Heh. My favorite one.

You must be using the fire version. Do a 360 + attack to change to Electric, which is about as fast as those ScarFair pistols(although better because they have cool visual/sound effects AND you can hold each button to do a damaging attack).

Oh, man, I caught a ton of references since last time, but I can’t remember any of them except one.
The ball angel that shape shifts is a direct reference to the final boss of Okami, Yami (Which was a fucking epic final boss, actually. check some vids out)
Been loving this game for a couple of days now. The dance montage for an ending is fucking clutch.

I feel like the guys who imported after beating it the first time. Shit just got so real. Tongfa Bazookas are my favorite video game weapon. Like seriously, the impact that shit makes is incredible. It shuts everyone the fuck up.

“Hey I’m Grace!”
“And I’m Glory!”
“And I’m gonna pop cap in yo’ ass!”
“Oh noes!!!”

Like playing again, it’s like, certain enemies are like jokes to me now. Like fighting G n G now isn’t as bad as it once was. Having Odette keeps you moving so that makes it harder for them to hit you. And the Kilgore punches them in the face hard. I mean once you use witch time on them and throw in Kilgore it’s soooo much fucking damage. Just the PPP is nutty enough for some. I’m still playing on normal trying to find everything and get Plats. if I can so I know that the bigger challenge is still ahead. But I’m already cutting myself off of witch time just to get used to using the rosary which is sooo beastly. Like watching groups of angels flying in every direction just because you dodged is so great.

Q: How do I access the third tech. slot AND what’s the point of the perfumes. I never notice a change.

Q: OMG wtf at the requirments for the last three weapons. Well, beating the game on Hard and iClimax. Those make sense. And I guess I can see myself replaying various chapters a total of 100 times. Simple things to keep you playing right. How worth it are these last weapons?

PRO-TIP: I know that some of your have or may complain about the RB being lock-on but you shouldn’t be using it anyway unless you want to perform the moves that use it. If not, keep your finger ready over RT. The game’s auto-targeting is pretty much dead on so there is no need to hold a button to focus on a single enemy. Plus, threats come from all sorts of angles so you need to keep moving and switching targets to survive anyway, and just pointing in the direction of the baddy that ou want to hit, and start hitting him is all you need.

PRO-TIP 2: Someone complained about the taunt being on the LB. Look guy, taunting in this game is a very important action. Each successful taunt nets you slot of magic. If it were mapped to say, the back button, that would mean a second that your thumb is away from the analog stick which is big no-no when Joy is trying to whip your nuts.

Yo I feel ya man… I did the same thing (unlocking everything on normal so I’d be ready for the next difficultys) 1st before I played anything else. Now I find the LOST CHAPTER to be my most fun chapter cause it’s pretty much bloody palace from dmc4. Enemy’s just spawn over and over and get harder too ^^

The perfumes are special costumes that match the weapon you equip. They have them in the description, like if you equip odette skates while you have the perfume for it equipped… You’ll then wear what matches it. The 3rd slot is for an equip you use by playing very easy mode I believe, but it’s pointless cause you can’t equip 3 items in normal hard or infinite climax anyway.

The last 3 weapons are well worth it… Well minus rodin’s rings if you don’t have that already. Too slow…

Perfume changes your DEFAULT costume slightly when you have that weapon equipped. Like the Odette one adds an ice skaters skirt, the Kulshedra one adds different glasses and leather leggings, etc.

The 100 chaps one is the GUNCHUCKS. The Hard one is Bazillions(beam guns) and Climax one is Pillow Talk(laser sword). I might have mixed up those last two but yeah.

it’s worth noting that taunt also increases the strength of the taunted enemy, reduces the stun they take, but adds a multiplier to your combo as well.

Rodins rings are totally worth it as they out put a shit load of ridiculous damage.

I thought I missed it, but it’s just a random thing he says when you enter his shop. Just had it happen a little while ago. He changed it up a bit by throwing a “Yo, check this out” in instead of the “hey, got something that might interest you, stranger.” Nice reference, only the 2nd one I’ve noticed so far since sadly I haven’t played many of the director’s games, outside of the RE’s/DMC’s he was a part of and Killer 7 for a minute. I do own Viwetful Joe 2 on 'Cube, but I haven’t touched it yet. I’m mostly interested in God Hand, though, but I will for sure get VJ1 at some point.

Yep, I was. Very interesting…I was 360ing and shooting randomly and I noticed a little twirl affect with the pistols, but I never realized it could do something like this.

All weapons have a 360 attack, in Durga’s case it also happens to change elements is all.

I only noticed it from playing Angel attack (at least the Durga ones.) but depending which element you’re using, it’ll be red or blue cat ears. Nothing special but it’s there.

the other perfume offers a skirt. Which comes pretty obsolete when you get the Queen outfit (which is way better anyway.)

True, but they’re so slow they can barely combo and aren’t recommended if you like combos. And they kill the enemy too fast.

Hey, so I assume it is, but is time accounted for when calculating your rating, and does time keep ticking when you pause the game?

Also, how do you find the hidden fights? Just explore?

Many hidden fights are triggered by the most retarded things. Like there is one hidden fight where you have to finish 2 acts then go to the beginning of the level, it took me a while to find them all. Now that I think about it, there is a hidden stage near the end of the game where you have to finish 7 acts then backtrack to the beginning of the stage. Can you say Panther run FTW?
